I was broke down on 285 and this guy stoped gave us his card at the time we thought we had another tow coming. However we had to call him back and he was there in less than 30 min, seemed nice, and good price the cheapest around. My boyfriend rode with him and never thought nothing bad about this driver. I had a wristlet keychain coach wallet in the driver door stayed in there. I blame myself because I should had gotten it out with my purse but I didn't go to driver side on 285 because the cars going 60 to 85 miles an hr. I put the wallet in there before I broke down never got out anywhere except on 285. I went to get it out of car when I thought about it and it was gone. I had the remainder of my check in cash inside the wallet since the part time job I just started gave me a check the day before and I didn't go by the bank to deposit it yet. I called him, he denied it of course a thief isn't going to admit anything. My ID, SS card mine and daughters, only because I had couple days before this an interview. I just won't this man to know when you took the little money you did after my car blowed up on 285, it was to get my 14 year old the school supplies, shoes she needed and to get me back and fourth to work the next week. So you took from someone that only had a part time job, lives with someone, and that just trying to make ends meet. the money you make that one day I guarantee you you made double what I make in. a week at that job and I worked very hard for that little money you took. So I've had a week to think about how to go about this situation now I'm blasting you. I've reported everything stole so I hope that coach wallet you took comes in good hands you low life selfish human being you are. do not use rdd roadside towing. he will give you any eta to get paid first then leave you stranded in the middle of the road. he dropped my car in the middle of the street, blocking traffic, pulled off and left. only because i called to verify he picked the car up 3 hours later after his original eta quote. no one like robert sheppard with rdd roadside towing should be given a business license to help anyone. he is a disgrace to all mankind. read more

I called my insurance company for roadside service after my vehicle would not start while I was at the grocery store. I was advised RDD Towing would be assisting me and towing my car to a shop for repair as I'd requested. ETA was 7:08p so at 7:21p I called to check on the driver's eta and told him where I was parked so that he would be able to find me. When he arrived he called me with a vile attitude to see where I was of which I told him he was right in front of me and I saw him. He then screamed at me to get out of the car of which I did (excusing his attitude 'cause I figure folk have bad days so I let it go). He then came out of the car hollering at me about how he was trying to hurry up so he wasn't in the customers' way (all of this nasty tone). My sister arrived at the same time as he did to get me. As I put my stuff in her truck, he sped around to the park aisle where she was. She tried to turn around to clear space for him but had to wait for pedestrians to clear the way in front of her. When he saw her waiting he then jumps out of his truck and starts cussing at her to move out of the way so much so to the point an off duty officer (who was one of the pedestrians) came to make sure we were ok. We told him what was going on but he said ok and left. My sister then parked out of the way on another aisle and I then got out of her truck and went to stand by my car to wait for him. He gets out of his truck again (of which he was trying to line his trailer up to get my car on it) and starts hollering at me to get out of the way (I was standing tight next to the driver side door of my car waiting not in the path of the truck). At that point I tell him its cool he can just leave because I didn't like his attitude and he says "Fine, B*^ch!". I just stood there looking at my sister's truck bc I was so stunned at what had just happened, unwarranted. I then asked for my key of which he threw at me from the end of his truck bed beyond the trailer he was towing. I SAID NOTHING to him that warranted what he did/said. I even tried to break the ice (b/c he tried to give me a jump first) by just asking him how his day was but he was so evil he didn't even respond. From the moment he arrived he was just hateful and egregious! No professionalism, no consideration, no care! I would not recommend this company to anyone! He definitely does not need to be working with the public. No Respect PERIOD! SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! read more
