D and his tow driver are great! We needed an emergency tow and found ReNew online at Yelp. After reading the reviews, we decided to give them a call. They were exceptionally responsive and attentive. The price quoted to us was very reasonable for flatbed service. The turnaround time was within 60 minutes with ReNew, while other companies quoted 2 to 3 hours. ReNew helped turn a stressful and frustrating experience around! I had a breakdown nearly 40 miles away from home and needed to get my car closer to home. I contacted a number of tow truck companies via Yelp and requested a price estimate. Renew promptly responded and offered me what I thought was a fair price. They traveled quite a distance outside their normal coverage area to get the car and bring it to a shop near my home. The job was done perfectly! After seeing the mileage and time required to get this job done, I can say that the price was beyond reasonable and I am grateful that I went with this company. On top of that, the gentleman who completed the job (I do not remember his name, but I think he is the owner) was kind and provided me with repair recommendations that were literally over three thousand dollars cheaper than the first estimate I received! He turned what I thought was a hopeless situation around! That may sound a bit over the top, but as a woman, I have received the worst service in ATL with any of my automotive issues. Renew was outstanding and has renewed my confidence that their are good and honest people in this industry!!! read more

The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. This was the best towing experience I have ever had. I had to have my car towed from carmax in Norcross all the way covington and had to go to work later that day. I called, provided the towing information and everything was taken care of like I was doing all of the work myself. My car was delivered in great condition and confirmation was provided when my car was picked up and delivered.
