They never came and silently removed it from my tracking with no explanation * Made it nearly impossible to reach a live agent despite advertising 24/7 support * Sent a generic escalation email on March 2nd promising "immediate" review from their Operations Team -- it is now March 3rd at 10:52AM and I have heard nothing I contacted SHEIN directly to escalate on my behalf and even that has produced zero results. My tracking hasn't moved. No one has called. No one has followed up. This company markets itself as "customer obsessed" -- but they have done everything in their power to avoid their customers. If you have a time-sensitive delivery, do not trust SpeedX with it. Based on the reviews I've read, I am far from the only person this has happened to. Still no package. Still no answers.
