Charlie Kegans with Royal Roofing quoted us the best price of the five roofers who submitted bids. On the day of the project everything worked out perfectly despite the incredible heat of Texas in July. The crew was as professional and competent as Charlie said they would be. We are thrilled with their work. The day after the installation we had a good hour-long thunderstorm and downpour which made for a good stress test of their work, and the results were everything we could hope for. Once they started the project the roof was done in one day and the guttering was done the next. All the old materials were hauled away. Not only was I pleased with the work but I was also pleased with the cleanup. I did not find any roofing nails laying around, there was no splashed paint (we also had the guttering, and trim painted), and the workers left my property looking as it did before they started. Since this roof was installed we have had one of the wettest springs in Dallas. They are a small, family owned company based out of McKinney, Texas and were referred to us by a friend. This roof replacement was their second major home overhaul we've used them on, they previously replaced our fence. Overall we are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to others. One area where they really stood out to us was Customer Service. Our Project Manager was Chad Smith and he was fantastic to work with. This was our first time going through a roof claim/replacement and we were thankful to have worked with Chad. From start to finish Chad made sure to always be available. We'd wake up to his white truck outside the door every morning before the crew showed up. This was so critical because you'll have questions and want someone walking you through every step of the process. Beyond that he operates like that friendly neighbor that is always willing to help. He was very much a part of the team doing the work. Whether it was using the rolling magnet to pick up scrap metal or coming in to touch up paint on the sidings after the crew had already left. The only nit pick would be their backend accounting. They may want to consider using a third party billing system at some point, just to streamline and organize things a bit more. However, it's really hard to complain because they were super flexible with our fence payments and we wouldn't trade their good natured accounting for anything else.

Ready Roofing(RR) is a front for criminals, fronting as roofers. One of their employees is Mason…read moreForeman. Foreman did a presentation on a laptop, intentionally skipping pertinent information and documents. Foreman then fraudulently, superimposed my signature on a document(lien) I did not sign and never knew existed. RR took months to complete my roof due to their excuses and delays. Afterwards, RR left packs of shingles in front of my garage for two months, they were supposed to be removed in a few days. There were two separate times, I did not hear from RR for over 30 days. RR always has an excuse for their over promising and under producing! I would love to include pictures of my new garage door and the interior leak RR was supposed to fix, but after six months of lies, delays, and fraud, I informed RR that due to their breach of contract, I was severing business ties with them. Foreman stated that, this is my fault, and that I have to use RR to complete the project. Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior are not my fault! While I already knew this, I do not have to, and I am not using RR to complete the project. RR has stated they are filing a lien(with a fraudulent superimposed signature) on my house, as well as, theft of services charges. I'm looking forward to my day in court! EXAMPLE OF READY ROOFING'S UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT: I own a two story home. An internal leak started upstairs. RR sent contractors to repair the leak downstairs. I stated to the contractor, When it rains, due to gravity, the leak from upstairs is going to travel downwards and ruin this repair, why are you not upstairs, where the leak originated? An argument ensued and I had to literally tell the contractor to get out of house, twice. The contractor did $300.00 worth of damage to the Scribe Molding in my kitchen, which I have not been compensated for. I contacted Foreman and his response was, you will have to file another claim. No, I will not file another claim. I will use a reputable company moving forward. I have several other documented examples of Foreman and Ready Roofings lies, unprofessionalism, and fraudulent behavior! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH READY ROOFING AGAIN! It took quite a while to persuade our insurance company to allow the claim, but 911 Exteriors - Roof presented the case extremely well.
