The guys that delivered the dryer to my daughters apartment were exceptionally professional and friendly. They called about an hour before arrival. They were careful with removing the old one and installing the new one. My only complaint was with the salesman. He instructed them to switch the door swing when my wife and daughter both told him not to. We had to switch the door ourselves. Blew five minutes of my life. Still was well with the delivery charge price. My compliments to the delivery guys. read more

The furniture we picked is wonderful. The delivery of it was not. I gave them the "after 2" time frame and the day of I received an email stating it would be between 7:45 and 9:45 PM. I was a bit annoyed but whatever. They were late of course and there was no number to call because the actual store closes at 9. They finally arrived at Midnight. Like it was normal. I went into this store hoping to buy some much needed furniture for a new apartment. Not only where we smacked in the face by outrageously overpriced furniture, but the sales associate that "helped" us (I use that term extremely lightly) was so rude & didn't care about our feelings at all. He kept bragging about how many times he sold a certain item before, & when we finally decided on something to buy, he kept referring to my family as my "bank" because they were helping us purchase they're expensive furniture. The worst part is that he NEVER showed us what he was charging us for, & the lady checking us out never made sure everything was correct on what he had printed out, so he charged us for a $70 bed cover that we never wanted! I will NEVER be purchasing from ANY RC Willey again. UPDATE: We talked to the managers & they were kind enough to help us. When we picked up the furniture a few days later we were not allowed to carry any of it into the trailer we brought. Because of that the mirror we had bought shattered, which means we received it broken, they dropped it, or they did not secure it well enough to handle the transit. Now we have to wait until Tuesday for a replacement. I hope they don't expect me to pay a delivery fee. read more

My experience with the RC Willey's flooring department was far from perfect, but after the manager got back in town, about two or three weeks after our initial challenges, he did work with my wife to make things right. A little more empowerment of their customer facing staff to make decisions for faster response may be beneficial here. Then again I'm only saying that from the customer's perspective, not having ever worked at RC Willey's myself. Their installer on the carpet did a great job as well. When we noticed a bulge in the carpet just before he was leaving, and asked him to give it another stretch. He did, though it was clearly inconvenient for him, he didn't complain, and was able to tighten it up by 4 or 5 inches for us, for which we are grateful! I would recommend RC Willey's to anyone, with the caveat that they work directly with a manager the moment it seems like something might be amiss with your order from the flooring department. read more

Be warned if you return items - you will not receive full refunds. Items like 'freebies' and delivery charges, special orders etc will be, in the words of our salesan "eaten" by you. We bought a couch set in July, returned it, were not given a refund until Nov - and that's after we discovered the refund had never been issued. I've bought a few pieces of furniture from them now. The store salesmen are always helpful and usually aren't too pushy. Delivery is almost always right on time from the beginning of the time frame they give you (give or take 10 minutes). However, the past two times I've had furniture delivered some of the pieces have come with scratches. A rather expensive kitchen table I bought came scratched, although the chairs and bench weren't damaged and my most recent purchase (a chest of drawers) had several noticeable scratches on the base which is why I'm giving it two stars. The store is great, quality is fantastic, delivery is on time, but after all the time and money it is very disappointing to have your purchases come with noticeable damage time and time again. read more

From the reviews some said it was super easy to put together some said it was super hard to put together and the instructions were difficult. Really friendly and helpful. We ordered stuff, but haven't requested delivery yet. We'll see. But I feel confident in purchasing there. They have great customer service. I do agree that the flooring department men are a little busy talking to one another. But they are people and want to chat with one another. I have had to go find someone to help me multiple occasions. But when they see I need help, they are all in. I actually ended up canceling my carpet and wood floor order. I ended up getting carpet at Home Depot and wood flooring at Lumber Liquidators. It was half as expensive. I am still getting a dining room table from them. Update: We wish we hadn't bought the dining room table we bought. We found and even better one - less expensive with LEATHER cushions - as opposed to the fake leather on R.C. Willey's. We couldn't return it. We learned a valuable lesson: wait for Costco to have something we like next time. SO..... We ended up finding better products everywhere else! We recently bought a seafoam green couch from Ashley that looked a lot better than the teal one at R.C. Willey. The salespeople are fantastic, it's just funny how our experience has been that we end up buying elsewhere.... Also, they never delivered the bonus item we added onto our transaction. Decided to buy a king size bed on a Friday 6-12-15. So decided what place is really known, RC Willey . With the promise of the bed I choose to be ready for pick up on Monday 6-15-15, I paid full price cash. Only to find out that my order will not be ready till after 6-19-15 and that was a maybe. So refund it was. Dissapointing service because it was clear they lied or didn't know at all the delivery date to just get me to buy my mattress. Went some where else. Update. Rc Willey contacted me in concern of this review. They apologized and they got me back to there store. Kinda happy they took concern and I'll be back in for more purchases :) read more

Abysmal customer service. I purchased a sofa set for a new home, and later realized that it would be too tight of a fit with our existing furniture, so called in to cancel the purchase/delivery. I was told on the phone that it had been canceled, and they even got the card number, and I was assured the funds would be returned to the card used within 3-5 business days. Eight days later (6 business days) the funds still had not shown up, so I went in to the store to see what was going on. Turns out the customer service rep had only canceled the delivery, but not put through a refund on the card. Their mistake, but yes, not a huge deal, mistakes can happen. However, when I asked if they would be able to give me a cash refund, I was told no. Even though it was 100% RC Willey's mistake, the current supervisor was still completely unwilling to give me my money back(which I would have spent on a different sofa set in their store), and was not even willing to talk to me in person--I had to keep making the poor girl working at the cashier's desk run messages back and forth between us. I ended up canceling my account with them, and never plan to give them any of my money in the future. I also go out of my way to warn others away from them. The way I was treated made me feel like since I already hadn't spent a large amount of money in their store, I just wasn't worth the bother. okay, first off, if rc willey y so much on back order then I don't under why they still open their doors for people to come purchase. bough a recliner back in March 2021 for my work clients, they said it would be ready for pickup in 3-4 wks, so I agreed and left. Never heard back from them so then I called and they said it would be there in another 3 weeks, I was pissed but I agreed. 3 weeks came by and I called and they said May 23rd would be ready, so then I wait and call May 23rd and they said OH NO, actually itll be here june 7, so I called then and now it's until June 17. My point is DO NOT SEPL SOMETHING YOU CANNOT GUARANTE! its so unprofessional, if I would've know it would be here until July I could've had that in mind or simply look elsewher, false expectations, I'll NEVER be coming here again! Purchased a 5 year washer and dryer protection plan. The LG washer lid latch broke. It was a nightmare to get RC Willey to fix it. After several phone calls and much backtracking, erroneous claims, and snark on their part, they did schedule the repair. In the meantime, they lost me as a customer. This RC Willey is sweet, sometimes I just come here to hangout and enjoy the soft couches and the hundreds of high definition televisions...which makes March Madness a dream come true...another upset is about to happen so I won't be leaving here until the end of the game :) The staff is super helpful and helped us pick out and buy the perfect TV for our home. They knew there stuff and helped us compare specs on all the TVs and we even got a good deal on our purchase. The location is perfect in the University Mall. Easy to get to and tons of parking. Tons of places to eat nearby, plus you have the entire mall to browse if you have even more time. I recommend this store if you're looking for furniture or electronics, or simply wanting a placed to put your feet up and relax! read more

I don't know where to begin this review. It has been over TWO MONTHS that we have not had a working washer/dryer. If you don't want to read this review- just know DO NOT BUY FROM RC WILLEY!!! The first techs that came to install the machines dented it. (No discount or anything for that). The machine of course didn't work, so we scheduled a tech. After looking at it- and "fixing it" he said it worked. Of course- it was never fixed. So I paid $100 to another tech to get the dryer vent cleaned to see if that was this issue since it was the dryer not working. After all that- still didn't work. Scheduled another tech to come look at it again (which was a nightmare since the lady at RC Willey literally tried to end the call with me accusing me of being a scam? Since I wasn't giving her the right information!??) Even though everything I gave her was accurate- that is just another story- but terrible phone call that lasted WAY too long. After finally getting another tech out, he said "actually it doesn't work because the RC Willey installers never installed it right according to the installation manual." I asked why the previous tech said it was fine and didn't catch that- and I was told the first tech just didn't know what he was doing! Called RC Willey AGAIN and AGAIN went through a terrible phone call- put on holds, transfers, was told someone would call back in 5 minutes (turned out to be 4 hours). And finally talked to someone who was willing to try and help- I begged him.. "whatever you do- PLEASE do not transfer me" he said "I promise I won't.. just putting you on hold." Of course I was transferred... haha to a guy trying to SELL me a new washer and dryer. WHAT A JOKE. Finally got a THIRD work order scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I told them what number to call and give a heads up to. I waited all day for my call and apparently they didn't write down to call MY phone number (Which I stressed to them- they NEEDED TOO CALL ME). Missed work that day for nothing. Called RC WILLEY for the millionth time and they said "oh it was actually scheduled for Mon." After a few transfers I was finally told I was right all a long- it was scheduled for Thurs. but they never put down the number I told them to call me at. (I'm a manager of an apartment and needed to know when to arrive and open the door). Since I wasn't there they rescheduled for Mon. I called and said I can't even be there Mon.- so they rescheduled for Tues. AGAIN- I stayed home from work waiting all day. I was told they'd come between 1:30-2:30. By 8PM I called them asking where they were. NOW they said between 8-10 PM!! Waited and waited and they never showed. And of course when I called RC Willey to ask why they hadn't showed, they were closed. I will now be scheduling my NINTH work order for this apartment I manage just to try to get a brand new washing machine purchased TWO months ago to work. It is difficult enough to schedule 1 work order trying to work around the tenants schedule- let alone NINE work orders. THIS IS MADNESS AND INSANE. DO NOT BUY FROM RC WILLEY UNLESS YOU'D LIKE TO BE ON HOLD FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. And of course- no one leaves notes on the account so every time you get to call in you'll have to explain the ENTIRE situation over and over again. Gosh dang I really dislike dealing with RC Willey but it's the only place that had the bedroom set I wanted. So the story goes like this.... We went into the Orem location to order a King bedroom set. Our sales guy was Nick and he was super nice. My hubby did end up running back and forth a few times from upstairs to back down because they were having an issue with the address. Bed was scheduled to be delivered in a week since they were backed up. Aug 1: bed is scheduled to be delivered. My biggest complaint is that we are not able to pick an AM/PM time and we are stuck waiting to find out what time we are scheduled for delivery until after 7pm the night before. Our delivery time says it's between 1:45-3:45 so we plan around that....then we get a call delivery day saying they have more deliveries and now our time is from 2-5 . I have already set up a doc appt for 4:30 so now we have a bit of an issue. Husband goes back and forth on time with delivery drivers and they show up at 3:45. Husband comes home from work and we look everything over and find MULTIPLE dings and scuffs on headboard, footboard and both nightstands. Husband goes into Orem location next day and speaks to customer service who orders new pieces to be delivered today Aug 9. Husband wants to be home to check all pieces this time so once again we wait until 7pm Aug 8 to find out our time. Time is scheduled for 7am-10am which is perfect so the hubby switches shifts last minute with another employee so that he can be home for delivery. Aug 9 delivery day. 9am rolls around and he gets a phone call saying we are now moved to 1:45-3:45pm for delivery (mind you this is the second time they have switched our Times on us). Hubby says that won't work you said 7-10am driver tells him that there isn't anything that can be done so do you just want to reschedule or another day?....hubby says whatever. So now I jump in and get a hold of our sales guy who tells me that this is unprofessional of RC and that he will try and find out what's going on. A few hours later and he calls back saying he got a hold of the delivery manager and that we were supposed to be the first delivery this morning but that the truck was loaded backwards. Delivery drivers then let their manager know that my husband never called them back so they didn't know if they should still deliver. I let our sales guy know that there are now two different versions of this story (ours and the drivers) and he tells me he doesn't want to get in the middle of it- excuse me are you kidding me right now!?!?! So here I am my room torn apart waiting for the replacement furniture and I have no idea when these guys are showing up. I'm DONE with RC Willey! They don't have great reviews and the customer service isn't there to boot. I'm just debating having them come pick the furniture up and return it. I should give them one star instead of two but I like the bedroom set read more

I bought couches and the delivery guys were 3.5 hours later then my scheduled delivery. I was given a two hour window from 12-2 and they showed up at 5:30 without even calling and saying they'd be late. I had to call customer service two times and they still gave me bogus answers of when they were going to come. The first time I called at 1, which was an hour after the deliver time and they said another hour. By 5:20 I was so frustrated I called again and they said they were at my apartment, but didn't even bother to call me to tell me they were on the way. Then they wouldn't even try to fit the couch into the elevator or up the stairs because they were "too big". It might have fit diagonal but come to find out I was the last delivery of the day and they just wanted to go home. Poor customer service from RC Willey and especially poor service from the delivery guys who didn't care at all about me and my items. I paid for shipping and am furious they didn't even try. read more

We called and they were so great to let us upgrade for no extra cost of the exchange. The guys on the dock even took the first one out and put the new one in. We bought living room and bedroom furniture from Alan Larson this month for my mother. Alan was exceptionally helpful and kind. The selection at RC Willey was great and each person at the store was friendly, professional, and helpful. We experienced a problem with the bed, but Alan took care of it within 24 hours and we couldn't be happier with the furniture. I have thought about this for the last week before deciding to post my story. In the afternoon of June 29, 2018 I was looking around RC Willey for some carpet when I heard an salesman go off on a customer and the office ladies in such a way, that will make me think twice before shopping at RC Willey again. In a man's voice I heard, "There's a Bitch on the phone and I don't know what to do with her." This caught my attention and I looked up to a blonde office lady saying something to quiet the situation down. This just fueled the salesman even more and he repeated louder, "There's a Bitch on the phone! What do I do with her?" At this time, I was paying more attention because the comment seemed directed toward the office lady and was ready to intervene if needed - it was that bad. The lady again tried to quiet the situation down and said in a much quieter voice, "Randy, this is not how we talk about customers or anyone else!" The salesman then replied even louder, "I will do whatever I want to! What shall I do with this Bitch on the phone?" Both office ladies told him to transfer the call and they would take care of it. The salesman then walked off leaving two embarrassed office ladies, and another shopper and I looking at each other in disbelief at the language we heard directed at co-workers and the disdain that this guy had for customers that contribute to his paycheck. Hopefully this situation has already been addressed by management. I would appreciate confirmation before I go shopping there again. read more

Gave it one star because they carry some pretty cool MCM items now. Took off 4 stars for the customer service. Granted, I don't look like everyone else in Provo (I have short hair, a tattoo and was wearing a wide strap tank top and knee length shorts, not immodest at all), but I'm still a customer and a friendly one at that. Out of the entire store, only one employee (elderly gentleman with a big smile) came up to my family and I and asked if he could help us. The rest (about 10 or so of them) were rude and surly and several even eyeballed me from foot to head...and didn't even try to hide it. One employee even took one look at my tattoo and wrinkled his nose. In front of me. Eye-rolls happened. When we needed help finding the bathroom for my toddler, several employees avoided us and made it obvious that they didn't want to help. A tip to the rude, large, blonde, older woman working in the flooring section - asking me over and over again if I can read your lips, then enunciating your words in an overly exaggerated manner just makes it even harder to understand a thing you're saying. That, on top of being condescending and treating us in an infantile manner is not good customer service. You are the problem, not me. Don't make people feel bad for something they were born with..especially when it's you who is entirely inflexible and has no clue how to adjust your approach to something or someone outside of your norm. And FYI, we can see you when you roll your eyes, smirk, and "hmmph" at us. We didn't ask you for your help in the first place, and didn't need your help and what you were offering after the fact. read more

A very poor experience that could have been great. My wife and I went in excited to get a new bed (our first bed as a married couple). However, our up beat excited attitude was quickly destroyed by the sales associate Greg. He made many back handed comments about our choices, was rude, complained that we were being a little slow at points and charged us for things we never wanted or asked for. I've made a formal complaint as his horrific people skills and disgusting attitude made our time at this location a terrible experience. I've worked in retail for a while, and am more than willing to pay a premium for an experience. For the experience Greg gave us, I feel like I should have been paid for putting up with him. The other employees also lounged around watching TV and literally ignoring other customers who clearly needed help. I really wish RC Willy had delivered, because I would love to have become a regular customer here. However, this is the last time they will ever get my business. Be warned to avoid sales associate Greg. I hope your experience is better than ours was. But don't go expecting to get a service worth the heavy premium they charge. Go else where, even Walmart. The people there are more friendly, knowledgable and intelligent. read more

When we moved into our new home, we bought all our appliances from RC Willey. We bought the extended warranty on everything and we were so excited. After we got our appliances we immediately noticed our fridge would make a loud squealing noise (literally piercing we can't hear the TV over it and can hear it all the way into the bedroom!). We followed RC Wiley's policy and had 3 repair guys come and look at it then the fridge manufacturer. No one could stop the noise. We went back and fourth with the manufacturer and RC Wiley for weeks no one would take responsibility!! The manufacturer said sometimes you just get a loud one and when we sent them videos and said there is no way this is normal they said maybe something happens during the RC Wiley delivery. RC Wiley said since it can't be fixed there must not be anything wrong with it. Long story short RC Wiley has no regards to customer service after they get their money! No need to buy extended warranty, you buy the items at your own risk apparently. I'm writing this as I listen to our fridge squeal two rooms away... read more

We moved to Northern California December, 2019. Before our move, we had never heard of R. C. Willey. Our loss!! What a GREAT Store! Fantastic Staff! Excellent merchandise!! Just recently we purchased a beautiful recliner, working with Bill in the Outlet area. Before that Bob Brewster helped us with the purchase of a comfortable, sturdy couch with reclining seats on both sides. When we first moved North, our tv needed to be replaced. That's when we found R. C. Willey. Dolly, in Electronics, not only guided us in bringing home a bright, sharp, big screen tv but a super, yet small sound bar. (My husband was SO happy!!) We use their payment options which have made these wonderful, & needed upgrades, possible. The people who handle billing, charging & payments are some of the finest people we've met. R. C. Willey has surpassed all of our expectations & stands out from past companies we have ever worked with or purchased from. Thank you so very much! read more

The level of upset that I am right now to find a way to leave a Yelp review at midnight is beyond me. I have put in dozens of phone calls and spent countless hours on something that I shouldn't have to. I have never had a worse buying experience in my life. I went into the RC Willey store in Draper in November of 2020 and purchased a Frigidaire twin set from Troy, the wait list continued to grow and we ended up getting the units in July 2021, not angry about this. The first part of the buying experience was smooth, except when we tried to get the trim kit switched out before receiving the units and Troy updated the incorrect ticket, so we still received the kit we didn't want. However, he swiftly corrected the mistake and we switched the kit out. What absolutely keeps me up at night is that the refrigerator unit upon arrival DID NOT WORK. I called Rc Willey as soon as it was put together and told customer service, the girl was extremely unhelpful and "put me on a schedule" for a repair company to come and look at it within a couple of days. The repair company did not come on the scheduled day and told me that Rc Willey doesn't have the authority to put me on their calendar. I called RC Willey back and asked for a manager and got Julie, she was friendly and knowledgeable and said she'd keep our ticket open until we got it fixed (the alternative is to have them come get the fridge within 14 days I believe and they put you on another insanely long waiting list for the fridge, I should not have to wait additional time when I waited 9 months compared to the individual who was just added to the list this month), she told me to keep her posted with what the repair company found. Fast forward nearly 4 MONTHS, the repair company has been out at least 6 times, I have called Julie 2 additional times, once for an update and once leaving a voicemail telling her that it's not looking good and to please call me back to review options again with no response. I have texted Troy asking for feedback on possible next steps, who left me on "read". I have called Electrolux (who you call when you need a new Frigidaire) and they told me they can't give us one without the repair company calling them with their notes, to which the repair company told me that Electrolux already has their notes. They came out again today thinking they may have finally fixed it, they didn't. I need a new fridge, that I paid for, that I have waited almost a year for, without being put at the back of the list. I have waited my time and I have never dealt with something so frustrating and ridiculous. Every entity in this story keeps passing the buck. read more

I've always liked RC Wiley until just recently. We bought a bed a few months ago. The delivery crew was fast and efficient but when putting together the bed they used the wrong hardware and cracked two pieces of wood. They didn't tell us this. We found out when we moved the bed to put new carpet in. We had a service tech come out and see what was wrong. He has was great. The rest of the service department was very unhelpful. It took a month and a half to get the parts and several phone calls every week trying to get somebody to help us. Nobody ever returned our calls they refused to refund us or exchange. They refused to help us and make the situation better. They continually made the issue worse. read more

I have never been treated so rude in my life! My husband & I had got off work, grabbed dinner & hurried to make it to Rc Wiley before they closed. The first person & only person to greet us was the woman sitting by the door (which I assume is her job) we walked through the lower level looking for electronics passing 3 salesmen each one would look at us look us up & down & turn their heads not saying a word. We ended up going upstairs where we passed two more salesmen who were talking to each other, they glanced over and returned to their conversation with each other. We found the cameras and started looking at the models they had on the floor several salesmen walked by glanced at us & without a word they would walk away. After about 10 minutes looking at the cameras a younger salesman came over asking if we needed help my husband asked a few questions the guy said he had no idea but he would go ask, walked off & he never returned. I noticed a large group of possibly 5 or 6 salesmen standing and chatting right next to the camera display none of them would come over or ask if we needed anything. Finally I saw another couple walk in looking at Tv's the guy was dressed in expensive name brand clothing (clearly marked) and as soon as the salesmen saw them two started to rush to "help" them! Finally my husband stopped one who was rushing to help the name brand couple asking if he could either help us or find the guy that was helping us because we wanted to buy. The salesman then turned and walked away saying "I'll go look for him I think I know who it was." We waited another 5 minutes I started walking around looking for someone to help me as the other salesmen stood & continued to chat. I walked past at least 3 other salesmen none of them would say hello or ask if I needed help. They then page over head Rc Wiley was closing in 15 minutes to take your final purchase to the counter. Funny we have no one to give us our needed item & no one seems interested in helping me or my husband because we are wearing our work clothes (scrubs & generic khaki pants with a generic polo shirt) I'm so sorry we were unable to meet your dress standards here at Rc Wiley where you all made it perfectly clear you do not want such low lives in your store! My husband & I left with nothing, not because we didn't want to spend our hard earned money but we were not offered assistance to purchase anything. We got home & we cut up our Rc Wiley cards we will never shop here again. We will tell every hard working family member & friend to stay clear of your store as well. Honestly I am offended that any of you would think you are better than a customer because we didn't wear a suit & tie! We have made our purchase where we were seen & treated with respect. If I could only give you negative stars. Really disappointed. I walked in looking for a tablet as a Christmas gift. When I walked in to the electronic section no one would make eye contact with me. Most of the employees were busy watching whatever was playin on the tv's. When I finally asked someone about the tablets they spoke to me as if I were dumb and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. He showed me where they were and went back to watching tv. I looked around a moment before leaving. Very sad, I was ready to walk out with a tablet but instead decided to spend more money on a different one elsewhere because of The lack of interest from the employees for my business. read more

When you walk in the door, you're greeted by a salesperson. When you walk 10 feet into the store, another salesperson asks if you need help. 15 feet down the path, another salesman will ask you what you're looking for. If you brush him/her off, another salesperson is right around the corner. It's suffocating. We found a nice couch. We go to check out. I've never had it take so long for someone to take my money. The girl was clueless. She didn't know how to use the system. She didn't add in our coupon. Finally, we were out of there. We come back on Friday to pick up the couch, as confirmed with the checkout girl and the salesman. I walk in and ask for my couch. I get, "Oh, that couch was never ordered. The pickup date is blank." Are you freaking kidding me? I drove a huge box truck to RC Willey to turn around with nothing. We're promised a free delivery on Tuesday. We call Monday night, as instructed to find the time. "We don't know yet." Finally, at 8pm we're able to know what time we have to arrange our day around, 7-10am. Both my wife and I change our schedules to accommodate this time. 10am rolls around, and no one has even called. We call in, "Oh, it's been delayed to 11am - 1pm." Again, we have to miss plans to work around this time. 1pm rolls around, no couch. The delivery guy doesn't answer his phone, and his voicemail box is full. Finally around 2pm we get the stupid couch. So much for a first time experience at RC Willey. Never again with this dump of an establishment. Update: A manager called and apologized after seeing my review. They honored the price guarantee after the couch went on sale the week after we bought it. They also applied our coupon. We've taken advantage of the furniture cleaning warranty we bought, and it went well. So, things have been great after the initial awful experiences. read more

I purchased a washer/dryer pair. When the ever-so-helpful RC Willey deliverymen arrived, my mother was the one who was at the house to greet them. They informed her they would not unhook the old washer & dryer as it was a liability, despite her having arthritis in her hands. They literally stood there watching her struggle to undo the faucets. They were kind enough to actually haul away the old pair (surprisingly enough after standing around). Then, they refused to actually hook up the new pair. Because, you know, liability. I'm a single woman who relied on a company to follow through on a delivery and installation. Imagine my surprise later when I found there was no dryer cord! Yes, that is correct. Hundreds of dollars on new appliances that didn't include a way to actually run the thing. So, now I had to purchase a dryer cord and either hire someone to connect it or do it myself. For just dropping in to look at mattresses, I was thoroughly impressed by the salesman who helped us. Didn't pressure us into anything, let us lay on several of the beds as long as we liked, and offered us a great deal we couldn't pass up. These people are not crooked and are honest in their sales. Will be returning to buy more necessities for our apartment! read more
