Only a few…read moremonths into retirement, learning to live on a fixed income, uncommonly high temperatures in the weather forecast, and all of the freon leaked out of my air conditioner. Once I pulled myself together I began arranging for estimates to replace the heater and air conditioner with newer, more efficient models. One of the four companies that I called was Air Serv. About four years ago Aire Serv replaced the oil furnace with a heat pump and installed a new air conditioner in the home where I used to live and I was pleased with the service. Anthony came out, I told him what I wanted, he told me what his company could do, he showed me premium and value priced equipment, explained the differences and emailed me the proposal, with prices. He did not pressure me to sign on the dotted line that night for the best pricing. He simply gave me his business card and said I could call him with any questions. Buying a new HVAC system is a costly expense and I had A LOT of questions as I tried to "compare apples to apples" between the four companies, determine the difference between brands, model numbers and the features of each. Every time I called Anthony he patiently answered my questions such as what is the difference between a single stage vs 2 stage vs variable capacity, and SEER vs SEER2 ratings. He always ended our call telling me to call him anytime if I have any more questions. When I told him I accepted his proposal, he immediately arranged for Tim to come out and inspect my home for the install. The install was scheduled for the next day and it was smooth sailing after that. As I am writing this review, we are under a heat warning where I live with "feel like" temperatures over 100 degrees but of course I'm chillin' at a cool 74 degrees thanks to Anthony and the tremendous team at Aire Serv.

I have never had any trouble reaching someone by phone, they've always been prompt and courteous. Plus, like I said very inexpensive for Propane. Often times more than a dollar a gallon cheaper than competitors. I had my new tank installed February 1924, and I'm getting ready to refill the tank again. I've been keeping an eye on the prices and they are still way cheaper.

They informed us that they never completed the process to signing us up for auto delivery. Dixieland said it was not their problem. Horrible customer service and administration! The delivery drivers were always excellent.
