This was a light switch panel we had near our sink. We had no idea what the third switch did so Rigo got rid of it and fixed it.

RB Electric is a wonderful family electrical business - hire them! My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen and we needed all new electrical. Our house is very old, from 1926 so it's cloth and tube. We spoke with several companies and decided to go with RB Electic. The owner, Rigo, came out and walked us through what we needed. He is a pleasure to work with - clearly an expert at his craft and eager to provide a really good experience for us. We found his prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the work. Rigo and his crew showed up on time and were ready to get started. Our job took an entire day and he had all of the materials (boxes, switches, etc) ready to go with him. They removed all of the old electrical and replaced it with new wiring and the correct boxes for the oven and fan hood. They worked very hard all day long and ask me a few questions along the way to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years. Rigo and his crew are by far the best electricians I've ever worked with and we'll be hiring them again in the future. I highly recommend getting a quote from RB Electric and considering them for your electrical needs.

EV Charger Expert proposed installing a smart plug that would monitor demand, and should demand overtax the existing service, throttle back demand from the car charger. That cost $1550 plus a $600 smart plug. The work was done quickly and it worked for Night One. I'm happy.

Worked with "EVCharger Expert" to install a 240V outlet for an EV charger in my garage and a…read morededicated 20A outlet for an over-the-range microwave. Overall, the job was completed successfully, passed inspection, and avoided a costly panel upgrade. But there were also a few areas where the process could have been handled more proactively. What I appreciated: * Technical expertise & cost savings: My service panel is limited (90A), and other contractors immediately suggested an expensive underground service upgrade. Kirill performed load calculation and recommended using an Emporia Pro charger with dynamic load management. That solution allowed me to safely add both the EV charging outlet and the microwave circuit without upgrading the service panel. * Permits & documentation: They provided the required licensing, insurance documentation and handled the city permitting and inspection process. The final inspection passed without issue. * Responsiveness: Communication was generally clear via email regarding quotes, scheduling, and permit updates. Where I believe the process could improve: We encountered a major obstacle when it was discovered that the crawl space was blocked by a concrete foundation wall, preventing wire routing as originally planned. Initially, there wasn't a clear alternative proposed. I ended up suggesting routing the wiring through the ceiling instead. While the team evaluated and successfully implemented that solution, I would have preferred if alternative routing strategies had been proactively identified earlier in the process. I also want to acknowledge Erin's craftsmanship. When we ultimately routed the wiring through the ceiling, he carefully navigated around existing plumbing lines and made precise cuts to minimize disruption. The finish work was clean and well executed. In the end, the installation works well, passed inspection, and achieved the primary goal of adding EV charging without a major panel upgrade. I would recommend them for homeowners with limited electrical capacity, especially if dynamic load management is needed.

I had no electricity at all, and plenty of work I needed to complete over the next couple of days. I called 11 electricians that night, hoping someone might have a 24-hour service and could charge me to come out and fix it. Only one person answered: Eddie from A 24 Electric. Not only did he answer, but he talked me through the process to reset my stuck breaker, spending 30 minutes on the phone with me, patiently, and talking me through this whole situation. The most incredible part of this call was that he was on vacation overseas, eating breakfast in another country, when he answered. When I found out he was on the call I tried to apologize and excuse myself but he really wanted to help me fix the problem before I hung up. By the end of the call, my power was restored and he did not ask for a dollar for his time. Few companies would ever provide this level of service, even for a fee. The fact that he was so helpful, after hours, and on his VACATION no less, speaks volumes about his character and business. I will always recommend this company in the future due to this level of service. Thank you again for the help!

Although not the cheapest vet in town, they are open 24 hours and have a pretty good size office and staff. There were genuine positives about my experience. When I could only afford one day of the quoted three-day stay, they extended his stay without charge to ensure his pancreas levels improved. The ER doctor was caring and thoroughly answered my questions. The vet tech that first night was exceptional, she included me in his care, brought me a Gatorade, and spent her time between patients trying to find something he'd eat. She was outstanding. My main feedback is that the communication at this clinic was a consistent problem, and it affected Patches' care directly. I was handed an invoice before anyone had a real conversation with me about my dog. I was told to wait in a room, then sent back to the waiting room, then called back after another half hour with no explanation. On the second night, I arrived at 10 PM and asked the technician when Patches had last been outside to go potty. He said he didn't know. The chart said noon. Ten hours -- while they were pumping him with IV fluids, in a dog with kidney disease. When I raised the issue, the tech awkwardly told me "there's no neglect here." Although I'm sure it's not intentional, there is no excuse. If your internal communication is so bad that you are neglecting patients because of it, then it needs to be resolved immediately. After discharge, his levels worsened significantly within a week. I don't know why the doctor said that we should do fluid therapy every three days and then see how it goes from there. What happened was he ended up needing daily fluid therapy and his levels were so high that he needed to be hospitalized again after one week. If we had just done daily fluid therapy for the entire first week, maybe his levels wouldn't have ever gotten that high. These are all things that we would've been able to communicate about if there was any sort of communication throughout the whole process. I also would've liked to have known that gabapentin is for palliative care and it destroys your kidneys. I was told to give it to him following his hospitalization and his kidney levels went from stage three to double the maximum of end stage kidney failure within one week. The vet nutritionist said that this was all manageable with diet and fluid therapy and the veterinarian at the hospital said that if I don't put him down within a week, he would become violently ill and I shouldn't let it get that far. I met about five different doctors during that week, and 3 different vet techs. As you can tell from reading this, I was being told a lot of different things by a lot of different people. This was a very stressful and chaotic time for me. Meanwhile, my dog is in pain, loosing his energy and appetite and being neglected in critical care, of all the places. It would've been nice if I had somebody who wasn't being pulled away to take care of animals to just sit down and talk to me. I believe this is a capable team and I understand you guys are doing really hard work. My situation was complicated and it was the end of his life, so it's hard to say that anything could've gotten much better. But I am upset about the lack of communication and it does need to be addressed.

Rigo did a great job with the 3 things I had done: replacing an electrical panel, replacing 2 light fixtures, and installing a smoke alarm. He was on time, knowledgable, and efficient. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest option around but with something like this, quality and experience matters and they did a great job and handle permits and such. They did exactly what I asked them to do and were responsive over email and able to ask the exact questions they needed which made things seamless. This is not necessarily a bad thing but they could have probably done some kind of "walk through" around the place and found some additional work for me. Upselling is obviously not always a great practice but in my case, there were some things that I wish I had done and I think they could have suggested them and left it up to me to say yes/no to during the initial inspection. For example my kitchen could definitely use at least 1 additional outlet, I should have probably replaced a 3rd light, and so on. I do respect that they don't try to take you on a ride but since it is probably efficient to do things all at once, may have been helpful to discuss (this was also my bad for not noticing these things before). Rigo did a bunch of smaller things that made a big difference too like taking out the packaging for the lights and the old ones as well as the old electrical panel, clearly labeling all the switches very neatly which was not well done before, answering my questions and explaining things in a way that I (someone with little knowledge about most of this stuff) would understand.

From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. They explained what needed to be done, why it mattered, and what to expect at each step, which made a potentially stressful process feel very manageable. Raushan, the project manager, was great to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was responsive, organized, and always made sure we were informed and comfortable with the plan. Alex, one of the technicians, worked incredibly hard during the rewire and clearly took pride in his work. Bek, another technician, truly went above and beyond - paying close attention to the details and making sure everything was done perfectly, not just "good enough." Beyond the rewire, they handled multiple additional electrical upgrades and fixes around the house, all done cleanly and correctly. What really stood out was trust. Having a crew in your home for a major electrical project isn't easy, but we always felt confident that they had our best interests in mind. No corner-cutting, no unnecessary upsells, just solid, high-quality work. The crew was respectful, showed up when they said they would, and stayed focused until the job was fully complete. I highly recommend Max Electric and would absolutely hire them again!
