Ronald and his partner made sure to keep the sanding process clean with tarps, a fan, and taping everything off in the kitchen including our floating lights over the island. Also, Ronald, when answering the phone for your place of business, I'd recommend being a little more professional and in the way you communicate with potential customers. Victor White really did a fantastic job for us…read more He installed a new kitchen faucet for us, but has done at least 15 installs in our house over the years. He is polite, always on time, and always very fair and reasonable in his pricing. He is also the most technically competent handyman we have ever used, which is why we will always wait until he becomes available rather than going with someone else. I cannot recommend him enough!

We recommend Handyman Victor White without reservation. He is wonderful at what he does. His first…read moreproject for us was a very heavy bathroom door, which had literally become unhinged, and which I was not sure Victor could lift by himself. But, he successfully finished the job in a very short period of time to our complete satisfaction. Next, we had a storage shed on which the roof had not been properly or securely installed, which resulted in significant water damage to the shed contents when it rained. Victor was able to secure the roof to the shed so that we had no further damage, come rain or shine. More recently, he installed a new sink and medicine cabinet in one of our downstairs bathrooms. Some of the piping and fittings that came with the new sink did not work with our existing piping, and Victor went out and purchased the necessary replacements in order for him to finish the job in an expeditious and professional manner. Victor is the best!

And these mirrors are very heavy! I was very impressed with his cleverness in hanging them. The pole ended up being more of a challenge since it didn't fit in the room. But he helped me figure out a solution by cutting down the pole a bit. Pricing was more than fair, especially with the amount of work and brainstorming that had to be done to install these giant mirrors and pole. He also answered all my questions and explained his thought processes. I definitely learned a few things. I plan to hire Mario again in the future for other work.

He fixed the light above our kitchen sink that hadn't worked for a long time. And the light in our refrigerator was acting like a strobe light. He placed some tape over the button that controls that light so now the light doesn't go on when we open the fridge but I'm glad that the flickering has stopped! Also, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had a weak water flow on the "stream" setting. He told me what to do to get it back to normal. I really appreciated that help. I was tired of having to use the "spray" setting all the time. Overall I'm very happy with the work Minde did and also happy with his fee.
