Hit or miss. The first time I came in, a lady named Tasha cut my hair and did a phenomenal medium-high skin fade. A week later, I came back hoping to see her again, but unfortunately she was out that day. I decided to take my chances with a different barber, and asked for the same cut I received last week. Worst haircut ever. No blending, no fade, just a sharp, hard line in the side of my head. Barbershops... please stop letting unqualified barbers cut hair! Well to be honest I only came here because my normal spot was super busy and it was a last minute thing. I sat down and asked for a very specific low skin fade, nothing off the top, blend the sides of my beard into the low fade and line it up for me. I got a Medium skin fade with no blend on my sides to flow into my low fade. The lady barely spoke English so it was hard to get her to do what I asked. I had my doubts about this place when I first looked at it. It looked like a typical raggedy Barbershop with the usual military props around it. However, my friend convinced me to join him to get a haircut here and it was actually quite Pleasant than I would have imagined. It's actually nice and roomy inside the establishment as well as a Spacey waiting area to chill in. They offer free sodas for paying customers only of course. With the AC cooling the entire building. With all the Barbers being woman as well, they seem to have fair enough experience with cutting hair with a gentle touch. And as long as you tell them what you want, they can give it to you. my husband went in for his weekly hair cut and he went to an older asian dude and the lady next to him was telling him HOW TO CUT HAIR. he just wanted a high fade.. not hard to do. and then took a razor to his head and left the top long and the other side looks untouched. all he said to my husband was "sorry dude" so needless to say he didn't tip him. i wouldn't recommend coming here and we're not coming to this place anymore. too many people have messed up his hair and now this? read more

Best place to go for haircut in Jacksonville. All female staff do fabulous work. Place is visually the nicest in the area.
