Had a walk-in. I asked for military medium low fade. This guy had the sharpest clippers I've ever felt, no care for his strength, clipped my ears twice I thought I was going to lose my ears. Clipped the back of my neck without pushing my head down. Finished the cut in 3-5minutes, took off the cape and said, "you good". Didn't let me look at my cut with a mirror or anything. Service was so bad I asked how much the cut was, "$15" I gave him a 20 didn't even ask if I wanted change. Put the 20 in his pocket and stuck out his hand for a handshake. Yep, yep! My boys will definitely be coming back to King Kutz. I called before leaving g my house to see if they were open and willing to take two boys. I also requested that they use a razor for their edges in which they confirmed they would. I got my boys in the car and headed over. Once their, after a couple minutes of waiting, Spoon and Mike worked on my boy's hair. They were given specific instructions of what I wanted and I even provided photos. I am more than pleased with the results. Both barbers made my boys feel comfortable and safe. The end result was a bomb bomb cut. I will definitely recommend Spoon and Mike from King Kutz. Ps. My husband came here and got a good haircut by one of the dudes, honestly I don't remember his name so we came in and got my 4 boys a haircut before they started school. 2 of my older boys got such bad haircut that they cried once we got in the car. I asked for a line up and they ended up cutting the front on my sons combover. It's hard to explain. Here is a pic of what I asked for, here is what I got. Will never come back here again. Any style you want so far as a male cut here's the place to come knowing the latest styles and trends. I can't speak about just one here because they all do fabulous work. Finally found a shop, where the talk is walked. Spoon gets you in and out with quality every single cut. He doesn't take smoke breaks and run outside to deal with baby mama drama in the middle of the service. Rushed haircuts , fades leave a solid line through hair , barbers are on the phone or preoccupied during haircut , fades are usually higher than what's asked for , overall bad experience , clippers basically smashed and grinded on your head read more

Avoid. Only time there. Wasn't busy. Lots of barbers on. Haircut took 10 min. All I asked for was a low reg and to make sure the top was even. It was a real poor fade in. Not even and not blended in well. Barber did use scissors to cut the sides. Never checked the top. Barber next to me did the same thing to some other guy for his medium reg. They always give my husband a great cut, better than any other place we've been to so far in the Jacksonville area. They aren't expensive at all. They also have good music playing all the time. Have some couches while you wait. And the good thing is the wait is never long. The oldest gentlemen cut my hair twice, the first time he was under the influence of something and cut me so bad the owner had to fix me up. This is the second time I went there. I asked for a simple burst fade and showed him a picture and of what I wanted and this is what he gave me. It wasn't even so I had to tell him that one side was higher then the other, and he didn't even give me a shape up until I asked him where the shape up at. My second and last time dealing with him never gonna go back. I'm not sure why he is even a barber if he can't execute a simple fade or even a shape up correctly. My husband has been to this shop twice after his last barber failed to keep multiple appointments. Donnell gave him his usual fade both times. He did a good job. He seems to care about his clients and is always on time and very professional. My husband has never had to wait when he has an appointment. He is in and out in a reasonable amount of time and going to get his hair cut is no longer an all day affair.
