This is like the biker bar of barbershops. The inside decor has all the best American redneck appeal (not that that's a bad thing) and looks like it could have been a restaurant at one point. Luckily, she works fast and I was the first one in line. Actually, the sign on the door said they open at 9... online it said 10... she got there around 10:15. Definitely on island time, so beware. Overall, Rosa was really nice and chatty and did a great job giving me a high-and-tight. This atmosphere definitely won't be for everyone, but if you're from the country and/or have been in the military (both of which apply to me) it won't be all that unfamiliar even if it's way out of the norm I've come to expect living up in northern Virginia.
