He has a locker system for drop off and pickup. Bud sharpened all my blades and had them back to me the next business day! I was blown away by his efficient and fairly priced service. My evaluation of your fine store is that it's a mixture of boutique and shoe repair. Only my opinion; but this doesn't address a tremendous need in downtown. If a man or lady wants to purchase everyday footwear, they mostly have to go Walmart, Shoe Show, or to Bargain Shoes. If you could carry a good selection of Skechers or complete line of tennis shoes and advertise them at somewhat competitive prices, I believe along with your current offerings, you'd have a big winner! I'd be a customer myself as I'd much prefer to buy from independents than chain stores. One big advantage that you already have is the avoidance of congested traffic such as is found at the previously mentioned stores! One of the best sets of knifes I have ever bought. They have been professionally sharpened several time but the gentleman who provided that service has retired. My wife found these guys and took the knifes in and they did a great job. I had mentioned to her that Henkel Knives come with a lifetime guarantee. One of the standard knifes had a broken tip and when she showed it to them, they confirmed the guarantee and sent the old one off to Henkel so that a replacement could be sent. Somehow the first one got lost in shipping so they had to ship a second time which added to the time but today I picked up the new knife. Profuse apologies about something out of their control but in the end, they ended up with a happy customer.

Bed Bath then told me this was a marketplace seller & I had to contact them. This seller said they do not provide a label for return & I would need to pay for the shipping. The price the post office gave me was more expensive then I paid for the frame. The seller also said I couldn't use any other method for the return. They would not help me at all. Bed, Bath does not stand behind the products they allow to be sold on their website. I was very disappointed with their service. I bought the same product on Amazon from a different company. I had no problems putting it together, the quality & directions were much better. I had piece of mind knowing if their had been a problem I would have no problem returning with Amazon.
