He has a locker system for drop off and pickup. Bud sharpened all my blades and had them back to me the next business day! I was blown away by his efficient and fairly priced service. My evaluation of your fine store is that it's a mixture of boutique and shoe repair. Only my opinion; but this doesn't address a tremendous need in downtown. If a man or lady wants to purchase everyday footwear, they mostly have to go Walmart, Shoe Show, or to Bargain Shoes. If you could carry a good selection of Skechers or complete line of tennis shoes and advertise them at somewhat competitive prices, I believe along with your current offerings, you'd have a big winner! I'd be a customer myself as I'd much prefer to buy from independents than chain stores. One of the best sets of knifes I have ever bought. They have been professionally sharpened several time but the gentleman who provided that service has retired. My wife found these guys and took the knifes in and they did a great job. I had mentioned to her that Henkel Knives come with a lifetime guarantee. One of the standard knifes had a broken tip and when she showed it to them, they confirmed the guarantee and sent the old one off to Henkel so that a replacement could be sent. Somehow the first one got lost in shipping so they had to ship a second time which added to the time but today I picked up the new knife. Profuse apologies about something out of their control but in the end, they ended up with a happy customer.

Before I could make room in my trunk for the box, an employee was pushing a cart out with my order. He helped me get the box in the trunk and I was on my way. This store, which is not free standing, but attached to the rest of the stores in this also excellent mall, takes up an entire side of the mall by itself. For whatever outdoor pursuit you may want to engage in, with the possible exception of certain sports like golf, soccer, football and baseball, tennis, etc., this location has it. If you need sports gear for the sports I just listed, this mall has a large and well stocked Dick's Sporting Goods. This Bass Pro Shops store has camping gear, fishing gear, actual boats and motors, clothing and footwear for men, women and children. The variety of goods on offer within each of the categories on display is also quite large, allowing the shopper a wide selection to choose from. As I browsed through this store, I came across several incredibly helpful store associates who seemed genuinely happy to be there and offered any help I might have needed. I am hearing impaired and when I told each of the associates I came in contact with, they were very considerate and even more helpful. They are truly a credit to this company. Unfortunately for me, where I live in NJ, we don't have any Bass Pro Shops stores or their sister store Cabela's near to where I live. However, I'm moving to the Rapid City, SD area in 2027 and they have a large Bass Pro Shops store that I plan to patronize. In conclusion, if you can't find what you think you may need in this particular Bass Pro Shops store, then in all reality, you probably don't really need it. Alternatively, perhaps it doesn't exist. In any case, this store should be able to fulfill 99% of people's outdoor needs.
