I left my contact information with him and figured that wasn't going to work out, but he contacted me about 8 weeks later to let me know that he had an opening in his week. He did it all that day and for a very fair price. I recommend him completely.

Carlos from White Star Roofing was the first to respond and even offered to come out the same day--even though it was a Saturday! From start to finish, Carlos provided excellent communication and kept us informed every step of the way. He thoroughly inspected the roof, showed us photos of the leak we already knew about, and identified another area where squirrels had chewed through the roofing materials, potentially causing an additional leak. The repairs were completed quickly and professionally, and we're happy to report that there is no longer any water coming into our home. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the prompt response, quality of work, and attention to detail. We truly appreciate Carlos's honesty, professionalism, and commitment to customer service. If you're looking for a roofing company that is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and fairly priced, I highly recommend White Star Roofing!

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. While we do not want more roofing issues, I oddly can't wait to hire them for more work! 10/10, no notes, great small business and you won't regret hiring this company.

At first, it seemed like a good move and a decent guy. But after weeks of not turning on my sprinkler system. I decide to do so. Found out a gutter block was on top of a sprinkler head after speaking to my yard guy, who is familiar with gutters/sprinkler systems. He showed me how the block caused a small leak in the sprinkler head. So I contacted the owner, and he started questioning me. And not in a caring way but rude and demeaning. He stated why the builder would place the sprinkler next to the home. Asking me question's like I had the answer to what the builder did or did not do. I felt patronized and was sick of him pointing the finger instead of coming up with a reasonable solution. I told him how I felt and why he questioned me like I created the problem. I hung up, and from there, he kept texting me. If you disagree with this guy, he becomes ugly.
