It was a complete waste of our time and shows a shocking lack of organization and professionalism. Patients deserve clarity and respect. I have visited Simon Med/Altamonte Springs a few times now. Today was by far the best customer care experience I have received to date. Upon entering, I was greeted by Chris who was absolutely phenomenal in checking me in, handling insurance paperwork, diligently ensuring that the documents were transferred to the appropriate parties, seeking and providing information instantly; and keeping me abreast of the appointment status. I am in awe of Chris who definitely exceeded my expectations of the front desk with a wealth of knowledge, authenticity, support and drive. In addition, Joe (technician) was equally performative. Joe ensured that an almost 98 year old senior was in the "best hands". He exhibited kindness, patience, asked pertinent questions prior and during the imaging process, reviewed the history of the patient; very well versed in his feedback and definitely executed his job with excellence and caring. Joe didn't leave any stone unturned! In my opinion, there aren't enough people like Chris and Joe! If customer care is important to you from the beginning to end of your office visit, I highly recommend seeking Chris and Joe as your "go to" people at the Altamonte Springs location.

If they subscribe to beliefs that COVID-19 is fake, CDC guidelines don't help, etc., how am I supposed to feel safe here? It's a medicinal clinic with older patients. I'm entering an enclosed space during an MRI. I didn't realize what OAN was until after my appointment, otherwise I would've cancelled my appointment and gone somewhere else. I'm glad I have my COVID vaccine already otherwise I would've gotten tested immediately afterwards. If you don't care about covid guidelines then by all means, please go because the staff was wonderful. But if you do care, err on the side of caution and try somewhere else.

Every time I get something performed and give them my insurance they still have issues billing. It never fails, and have learned to always expect a bill from them and to have to call and correct this. I can say for one thing though besides the headache of calling and pushing a million numbers, the phone operators are very nice and go into detail about things to help me straighten things out.

I know there is always a wait when going to any kind of medical facility; but I waited approximately 1 hour, from the time I checked in, which was 1230 pm to the time I actually got my ultrasound. I have been getting this same ultrasound for years, this was the shortest amount of time taken to complete the ultrasound (approximately 15 minutes). In all honesty if I should have read the reviews before making the appointment because they are very accurate. To make matter worse, I just read an article about their diagnostic mammograms not meeting the FDA standards which is quite worrisome. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

The doctor said they didn't get them, the lab said they sent them right away. No problems the second time with delivery because I hand delivered them.
