They listened to my concerns, helped me with my birth plan, and really let me be in control over all my options and decisions. They helped guide and prep me for the natural unmedicated birth that I wanted, and gave me plenty of information to take home and look over. Pregnancy and delivery can be an overwhelming experience, but they made it so much easier. When it came to delivery, I wouldn't have been able to follow through with my birth plan without them. They kept me going when I felt like giving up, and they made sure that they did all they could to keep me and the baby healthy. I am forever grateful for their hard work and patience

First off, they have a video playing in the waiting room of women giving birth which to me... being this is my first pregnancy was unnerving. I don't feel emotionally ready to think about going through the worst pain of my life yet, let alone watching other women do so in the company of complete strangers... women, children, grandparents... awkward. Then when Maggie came to get me for my consult, she just assumed whoever was in the waiting room was with me and invited everyone back. I told her how awkward that could be seeing as we didn't know those people - some of which were children. What if they were with me and I wanted my consult alone? How uncomfortable a position to put ME in. Maggie was unorganized, not very personable and just did not relax or comfort me or educate me in the least. She told me next to nothing and asked if I had questions. I didn't even know where to begin - it's all new to me! I thought she would fill me in! I was no at all at ease with her, I found myself unable to talk to her even if I wanted to (which I didn't) and would never recommend anyone else to go here. I would have asked to see the other midwife but usually one midwife is the back up for the other and I would hate to end up with Maggie as my back up.

The manager lectured me that it's an OB office and Dr. Amore is on call. Still, I've never missed an appointment. Maybe do not schedule annual visits the same day she is on call. It was disappointing that Dr. Amore didn't seem concerned I didn't show up. I have patients myself, and when my loyal ones no-call/no-show, I worry. It's hard not to take this personally--especially when this is the doctor who delivered my child.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This practice's complete failure to communicate and submit required paperwork cost me my maternity leave benefits--not once, but twice. My disability insurance company repeatedly requested clarification and documentation from this office. They faxed requests, left voicemails, and followed up multiple times over the course of months. I also called repeatedly, sent messages through the patient portal, emailed the office, and even had my benefits administrator contact them directly. Despite all of those attempts, the paperwork was never completed in a timely manner. This wasn't a delay of a few days or even a week. My claim dragged on for months because this office simply would not respond. As a result, my claim was denied twice due to missing documentation that only my OB's office could provide. Eventually after countless email follow ups, faxed forms, ignored calls, voicemails ect CWC provided shoddy paperwork with misspellings, typos and unanswered questions. (The claim started in May, they sent the final paperwork over on July 23). This was a slap in the face. I had just delivered a 25-week premature baby who spent months in the NICU. Instead of being able to focus on my son and recover from an incredibly traumatic birth, I spent months chasing paperwork, making countless phone calls, sending emails, leaving messages, and begging this office to do the bare minimum. The emotional and financial stress this caused was completely unnecessary and avoidable. To make matters worse, I was frequently given conflicting information, told that everything had been handled when it had not, and my repeated requests for updates went unanswered. It became clear that no one was taking ownership of my case or communicating internally. An OB practice doesn't just deliver babies--they continue caring for patients during one of the most vulnerable times of their lives. Completing disability and leave paperwork accurately and promptly is part of that responsibility. This office failed spectacularly. If your livelihood depends on this office completing insurance, disability, FMLA, or maternity leave paperwork, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I would never trust this practice to handle anything time-sensitive again.

Thanks god I was referred to her by tons of my clients and friends( I am hairstylist) and she was a miracle for me from the first meeting. Not only she did the best with all my health conditions , concerns , requests an millions of questions she also pampered me with best care and small things that melt my heart)) My third delivery was high chance of ending up with c section but Svetlana is so experienced she was able to end it up without surgery!! They never disclosed this fee in a text or email confirmation and do not offer a portal to go in and change your appointment. The office personnel who I spoke with was so rude and had to transfer me to billing. They told me even if I provided receipts from my vet they would still charge me $75. Health care is expensive enough in today's world - I will never give my body and my business to a facility where they gouge patients pockets with little to no care.

They were informative, kind, patient, encouraging & alwaysssss available through the process. Together we were a TEAM- we are forever grateful for the love they showed during my daughters 2 & 1/2 days of labor. She was the doctor who recommended CRM and Dr. Loy to us for IVF. A year later, we are 10 weeks pregnant! The office: They have several offices, but the one I am reviewing is the Winter Park location. It has ample parking and an elevator to the 2nd floor where the physicians offices are located. They have 4-5 people working reception so you never have to wait long. Their waiting room is large and spacious- they have a water machine with cups available as well as magazines. Scheduling: This is the only reason I can't give this 5 stars. Dr availability is NOT the issue either, I expect good doctors to be booked :) The issue is if you are having an ultrasound or another lab the front desk can't book you-- you have to wait for a call from a scheduler. I am a very organized person and always bring my planner with me to appointments(yes, I'm old school but I LOVE my Erin Condren planner!), so I'd like to take care of scheduling same day.
