The building itself is fairly typical of most hospital buildings, but rather well signed so navigation through the halls was remarkably easy. The Imaging Services was found not far away from the little coffee stand and check in was easy and painless. The lady at the check in counter was courteous, and explained the process to me. She provided me a sheet where she wrote down her name and told me that every time someone new was to talk to me that they would also write down their name and position for my reference. I found this to be extremely helpful, not often do I successfully remember medical professionals' names if I don't see them regularly. The reception room was medium sized with a large aquarium off to the side. It appeared that a children's play area was also located beyond the aquarium, which was a nice touch since that allowed the kids to play in privacy instead of having random people watch them, and the random people could also have their privacy as well. I didn't wait long before the imaging technician called my name. My appointment was right on time. I was lead into a room where they did their ultrasound and the imaging technician took my paper and wrote down her name and job title. She then explained to me in detail what was going to happen. The nice thing about it was the goop that they spread on my skin was warm. The last time I did an ultrasound the goop was cold. I didn't think much of it at the time, but with warm goop I realized how much nicer that was. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and easy going. I felt very at ease with her. When I asked questions about what she was seeing she moved the screen my direction and explained all the shapes that displayed on her screen. After the ultrasound was done she left momentarily to see if the physician wanted to ask any questions or see anything, and then came back to tell me I could go. She waited for me on the other side of the door and then helped me find my way out. The whole experience was rather easy going and pleasant really. They took away a lot of the nervousness that goes into something like this.

Saturday hours are advertised as until 5pm. Today, they randomly decided to close at 4:15. We…read morearrived around 4:16. The front desk staff left, and the tech in the back could not accept us for urgent imaging. A sign said to check-in at the emergency department, but ED check-in is apparently no longer accepted. They told us to wait, and someone would open the door. After nothing happened, we returned to the ED desk. Asha at the ED desk was helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and went above and beyond to try to get permission to try to help but ultimately couldn't because the order was accepted from a non-Swedish physician. It is unacceptable for an imaging facility that accepts urgent imaging to have unreliable hours. Also, if a patient is being rejected within advertised business hours, it is better to communicate the rejection in a timely manner rather than after an unnecessary waiting period.

I needed an extension for 2 weeks and sent all of the information several times to that department, but was ignored for 1 month. I'm into my second week of no pay and am furious about it. My doctor's assistant tried to help. I had to escalate to the office manager, who has not returned my call. Unacceptable.

No waitlist to make things easier. I had called other dermatologist and was getting the same response of not accepting new patients. Eventually, I was informed that she had hired a new PA-C when I called, Kieu Dang, and I was finally able to book an appointment--three months out--for 10/8/2025. I showed up prepared to discuss my primary concern, which was acne, but I also wanted to address several additional issues that appeared from the time I scheduled the appointment to 10/8: hair loss, stye eye, eczema on my eyelid, and a new burn. Unfortunately, the appointment lasted only 10-15 minutes. I was told that only my acne would be addressed during this visit, and that I would need to book separate appointments for the other concerns. During the short time I had, I was prescribed three medications with very little explanation. Told I needed to take them for life. Kieu Dang simply looked at my skin and mentioned that I had various types of acne without specifying what they were. No blood work was done, and aside from a light scan on my face, no in-depth examination took place. She recommended CeraVe and Cetaphil--brands I had already tried without success--and showed no empathy or personalized care. Her overall demeanor lacked any sense of customer service or attentiveness. It was incredibly disappointing to invest three hours of my day, including the commute, for such a brief and unhelpful appointment. After waiting over a year and trying multiple treatments in the meantime--facials, microneedling, chemical peels--I had hoped for a more thoughtful and thorough medical consultation. From a patient standpoint, this was one of the worst experiences I've had with a healthcare provider on 10/8/2025. Kieu was much better in my follow-up on 10/9/2025. She showed signs of empathy, understanding, curiosity, and personalized treatment. The explanation for treatment and prevention for my eye eczema and burn was explained with detail by providing background. I was happy to see this change in less than 24 hours in her care. I appreciate a physician being flexible in their care and taking feedback.

TERRIBLE for follow up support…read more I came in one time for a mole removal and it was incredibly effective and time efficient. For this singular visit, I thought the office was fabulous and came in for another issue that required ongoing support, but had terrible follow up support! My issue was inflamed, and I couldn't be seen by anyone for WEEKS despite being a return patient. They don't have My Chart to request prescription refills. You have to call and going through their tedious outgoing options, only then I had to call again because there was NO response after DAYS. I was told the MD needed to approve so I had to "request" they ask the MD for the approval since the MD was "busy" and hadn't gotten to it yet.
