Quick, reliable and excellent customer service/experience! Reached out to Ray's Wheelhouse after initially receiving an exorbitant amount on a quote of 4 new tires from Wheelworks. Used the Yelp app to inquire about a quote for 4 new tires and was gobsmacked at the price differential so much to the point immediately prompted an appointment request to have them installed (all done through the Yelp app with extreme ease and haste!) Arrived on a Friday morning at 10 AM and left with four brand-new, aligned tires 2 hours later. Service was quick and customer service went above and beyond my expectations of a tires shop. I can't remember the employee's name who checked up on me a few times while was waiting to make sure I was comfortable - from making sure I knew how to work their coffee machine (Keurig) to offering creamer from inside the fridge (which caught me off guard because definitely did not expect there to be one in the tire workshop of that nature)! Wish I remembered this employee's name because he definitely deserves kudos for hospitality due to it not being part of the job. Overall, definitely a pleasant experience and will be referring this place to friends and family who are in need of getting new tires! Extremely impressed. I contacted Ray for a quote earlier this afternoon. He was quick to respond to it along with every follow up question I had. He was able to get me in same day after work. We realized half way that due to my car's issue we would need additional parts. So I said no problem, I'll bring the car back another day. Fast, Honest and Reliable. My girlfriend bought all brand new tires from Ray. When I went with her to pick up her car I asked ray to take a look at my breaks because they needed to be replaced. After he inspected my breaks he gave me a quote which happened to be the lowest I had gotten out of 3 different places. We agreed on a time and date for me to bring my car in. I was able to bring it in after work around 5pm during the week. being that he was able to work on my car so late and have it done that same evening was Excellent customer service. I went there because I had hit the curb and messed up my alignment. I also needed tires. I decided to get on yelp and ask for quotes to get all those things taken care of. Ray was the fastest to reply. Not only that, I waited for other businesses to reply, after several minutes I got a few quotes. Ray's quote was by far the best. He replaced all my tires and also gave me a free alignment. He also found out that one of my rims were bent. I asked him how much that would be and he got on the phone right away and got a quote for me. He ordered it and called me when it was delivered. A couple days later he installed the new rim and inspected the car as well to make sure everything is in order. It seems like he really knows what he's doing and has a good relationship with the businesses around him. The hospitality was up to par with any auto body shop you go to. My car's check engine light came on. Ray did two types of diagnosis on it. Nothing was showing up. As he examined my car further he found that my whole oil filter had blown off because of an oil change from a different business! He was so thorough, and only charged me for the oil change.
