Great to say I had a wonderful experience there. Ray and Alex help out a lot and they get the job done right!! Ray and Alex for sure know what they are doing. I had my fender stretch and they did a wonderful job with out hurting the paint also Alex check my brakes and rotors because he said he felt a weird shacking and making noise when he drove my car inside the shop so he check is for FREE. When they took my wheels off and check my brake they saw that my brakes and rotors where metal to metal. He even showed me how badly compared it look vs the new ones and I'm glad to say that they even might of safe my life. Ray even gave me a great price for my brakes and rotors and I am very happy for the prices they gave me. When I was looking at there work they even check your tires to makes sure you are driving safe and they even torque your wheels at the proper spec. There place is huge with 3 lifts looks like you could even fit 5 cars in there!! Also there place does look a little dirty but that was from the resent owner that use to work there. So far I ask ray and well he has told me that everything is going to get reconstructed and I cant wait to see how it will look like next time i go over there again. The serivce was professional as it can be. I called stated problem, they gave a quote over the phone I accpeted since to tell you truth it was about $10 less any one else. Got there about 4pm, They were busy, but took time to see my car tire right away. They fixed the tire under 25 minutes. Ray even at the end asked if I wanted to keep the old tire. My truck has 360K miles on it and all the repairs were done correctly and professionally. Why am I…read morelowering my review? Simply because I was overcharged for a single part. I usually supply my own OEM parts for repair but decided to let Mangale order a fan clutch for my overheating F150. I asked about brands like Hayden and Four Seasons but was told they have had problems with these so I let the shop order whatever they recommended that works best. The Hayden, Four Seasons and Metrix (API) fan clutches are all under $60 on Parts Geek. My issue is I was charged $261 for a Metrix 1604-328141 Severe Duty (robbed 25hp). The same clutch is on Parts Geek for $59. That is a 444% mark up on this same part by the same manufacturer. My advice is to supply your own OEM parts. You will $ave in the long run. My second complaint is a bolt broke off on the thermostat housing while replacing the thermostat (corrosion). It happens and I get it. What I do not understand is how can extracting one bolt cost $750. I was charged 3.5 hours to remove one bolt. I feel like the problem was exaggerated to me verses buying a new manifold. I overpaid the clutch fan by $200. Then the bolt extraction should be 1-2 hours tops so I was overcharged $400 for that as well.

I decided to look around for another option, and to my surprise, the first place I called was Mission Muffler and Brakes. I spoke with Jose about the dull squeaking sound my brakes were making, and he explained that if that was the case, the issue could likely be repaired for a much lower price. Jose was awesome! Once the inspection was completed, he explained everything to me in detail, and the final price was more than half of what the dealership was going to charge. That said, I highly recommend Mission Muffler and Brakes -- they are the best! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
