Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

I couldn't have hoped for more caring and competent service to get my car to the shop and swiftly on its way to repair. Mike showed up as quickly as possible and brought my car to the auto repair shop, leaving it to await staff early Monday morning. I had it back by Monday afternoon. I feel lucky to have them in this area, and I don't know what I would have done without them. After the huge snowstorm, I got my car stuck on my property. I called them, and they came that same night which was way more than I expected. Jake has an amazing and impressive truck, and he very competently and professionally got my car out of a tough spot, taking care of it as if it were his own. He had to push through a lot of snow just to reach my car, and he did everything pleasantly and at a most fair price. I was expecting in my situation that most tow companies would have charged much much more or had no interest in helping me.

Anytime I called for a tow, Angel's prices have always beaten anyone else's. Sometimes by a lot. Most places charge a minimum of $200 these days regardless of how close you need them to go. I've never known Angel not to give you the price before he goes to pick it up so don't say yes and argue later. Perhaps if you know you don't have the money right then he could work with you but don't be a jerk and then expect favors. My experience has always been fair, pleasant, professional, and quick. If you read the Google reviews that has been everyone else's experience too. It just makes me so mad when entitled people who don't get their way and don't get over on someone then go on a review platform to bash a business or a person's name. I work in the restaurant/hospitality industry so I see things like that all too often and it just annoys me. If you want the truth read the Google reviews. I most recently had a breakdown of my vehicle which was believed to be my alternator (which made sense because I had just recently replaced my battery ) The replacement of a new alternator was going to cost a substantial amount of money, after giving them the green light to work on my vehicle and showing up to pick up my vehicle I found that they were super professional, communicative and informative handing me the faulty cable connector that caused my original alternator to not work efficient- I find this type of integrity and honesty to be bar none and feel that more mechanic shops should use this type of customer service this is the kind of place you can be sure won't take advantage of you! I Hate To be a negative glass half empty person But I feel most mechanic shops would've changed the part anyways to turn a profit.
