He quickly gave me a very reasonable quote and an approximate time frame based on completion of a prior job. Not only was he on time, but he called to let me know he was on his way. He completed the job as promised in record time and the blinds are installed perfectly. I then asked him to look at our loose stair railing and gutter that had pulled away from the eaves. He quickly repaired both! Absolutely the very best - thank you Daniel. I will have my list of "Need To Do" ready to go and know who to call ! Thanks again

His prices were competitive and was able to come out the next morning. He took a look at the area of repair and began right away. It was a hefty hood but he found a way to prop the heap of metal and re-installed it. After install he cleaned up his area and had me take a look...the hood feels much stronger in place than last time! Carlos was real cool, went to task, he told me what the issue was. Our home is stunning! Neighbors stop by to compliment our home and ask who did the work. His lead painter, Memo has over 20 years of experience. He is really good and talented. He kept refining the job until it was perfect. One of the best painters I have worked with. The whole team takes pride in their work. They tape off existing areas and they did an exceptional job. More often than not, they went the extra effort to make sure the job was done correctly. I would highly recommend Cesar and his team. It's also great that his team is a family business. The quality of the work is pretty good and everything turned out fine, but something that we thought might have taken one day took two days. The reason for taking off two stars is that the three days we met up with him, he was never on time, the first day being over 1.5 hours late with no notice until we kept texting to ask where he was. Each time was due to traffic so I think if you live more down south, it might be ok, but if you're around the Kearny Mesa area, I wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of time to spare. Price I suppose was reasonable but we didn't get a breakdown of what everything cost and didn't have time to do much shopping around.

The wood post that was damaged at the bottom had been routed along the edges, which he was able to duplicate without hesitation. He actually came in at less than his quote because the supplies were less than he anticipated and he doesn't mark up supplies, who does this?!! Ordinarily you pay an extra percentage on supplies. CJ is not only honest (rare these days and I speak from experience on this), and personable, but he has integrity about his work as well, he makes sure it is done to your satisfaction. At the end of their window they told me they wouldn't be able to make it as the technician had an emergency, so we rescheduled for the following Saturday. The following Saturday, I waited throughout the whole window, and they did not show or contact me letting me know. Supposedly the technician had another "emergency." So we rescheduled yet again for the next Saturday... (third Saturday in a row at this point), the tech came and stayed for 6 minutes, and told me he would come back and fix it at a later date. That later date was scheduled by their office manager, and wouldn't you know it, they did not show and didn't notify me again. Come to find out they were the company that originally did the "handy work" on the property I live in that I've had several issues with since moving in.
