Bob decided to chastise another associate in front of me and then proceeded to be less than enthusiastic about making two keys. I can get keys anywhere. Bob treated me like I was a burden to him and really was the worst customer experience I have had maybe ever. Bob, you should be ashamed of yourself and thanks for throwing me out of your store since I will never return. Brian should be commended for having to endure Bobs presence in the workplace. Truly atrocious. Lots of quality people need jobs in Southern Oregon and Bob is the reason I will never return. Ace hardware needs to know he is not fit for this job.
