I stopped by to have them look at the paint on the bumper of my SUV. They recommended that I have the bumper repainted and recommended some local body shops. Much appreciated. read more

Ray did incredible work on our Tacoma and Honda Civic! I don't think we've seen these vehicles this clean even when we purchased them. Highly recommend!!! read more

We were in need of detailing two vehicles at our home. Ray was able to come to the house to do the work which was convenient for us. Looked him up on Yelp, his reviews were excellent. He arrived on time, started promptly and worked over six hours. This was a full detail from top to bottom, our vehicles sparkled and were as clean as I have ever seen them. Thanks for a job well done, You charged a fair price for the quality of work and we will be using you again in the future read more

My truck smells like mildew. They didn't clean the bed or my glove box. They cleaned the carpets and put mats on top of wet carpet and I get a text saying sorry not even a call to make it right. This is what happens when you don't over see workers. read more

We have older cars and the door seals are all dried up. This winter when it rained, all of our cars got wet inside, and then we had to keep them closed up because it rained for so long, and... mold. My family is super sensitive to mold and we seriously thought we were going to have to sell all of our cars and buy a new one. But Ray saved all our cars! For my main minivan, he took out the carpet and all the seats, cleaned everything to the nth degree, put it all back in, dried it out, ozoned it. It smells like nothing, just clean. Not like the new car scent that other details put in to mask a half-ass job. Just smells clean. And best of all I don't get the migraines that I was getting driving it. For our other cars, he shampood seats, carpet, and headliners, and ran ozone. My kids and I are no longer reacting to them. I am super picky about how clean our cars are inside because air quality matters so much to my family. I appreciate so much how hard Ray worked and what an awesome job he did. He's definitely my go-to car guy from now on. We are so lucky to have him in Amador county. read more

Ray's Awesome Detail - Auto Detailing Near Me - Jackson, California

My mom got me a car detail for my birthday and this was one of the best details I have had. My 2013 looks like a brand new car. They came to my parents house and worked on it for hours! Highly recommend them! read more

I picked up my Tesla Model 3 from Ray yesterday and have so many regrets ... about not getting my car ceramic coated sooner!! I wish Ray had a big neon sign along the road because I had no idea such an awesome detail shop was right here in town. I have always washed, clayed, waxed, etc. my own cars but the idea of ceramic coating was too daunting. There is SO MUCH prep work that I decided it was worth the cost. When I learned what Ray charges compared to the average "big city" detail shop, it was a no brainer. He treated the paint, windows, leather seats, and basically any surface that was safe to ceramic. The paint looks better than the day we bought it. It's not a new coat of paint and deep scratches / chips will remain; but, they are so much less noticeable when the entire car is so smooth & shiny. Thus, my only regret is having not gotten this done & protecting against those things sooner. Next new car I buy will be in Ray's shop before it hits my garage! Photos have no filter. read more

Ray just finished doing the interior of my 2004 Tacoma that was full of coffee stains, dog hair, cookie and cracker crumbs. The job that he and his crew did was great! If you need a awesome detail job don't hesitate to call Ray! I just dropped off my Jeep Rubicon for a full detail, water spot treatment and grayed out plastic restoration. Can't wait to pick it up in 2 weeks! Thanks again Ray read more

I don't know what else to say besides there's no other number one choice in Amador county. I can't believe the quality of work I received at such a good price. I had Ray wax and detail my car that is an 05, a d I've never seen it this clean since my Grandpa bought it 16 years ago. His service was fast, amazing, great priced. Won't ever bother going anywhere else. Great work! read more

You can't ask for a more professional person to take care of your car. We thought he did an incredible job buffing and waxing our black suburban. All the stuff that could come out would with no swirls, no flaws. I can't speak highly enough of the job he did on our 10 year old black vehicle. The price we talked about he stuck to, his communication was fantastic which included calling to have the conversation of our expectations during the job. What we saw at pickup exceeded what we had hoped for. Ray has our business, we are very happy. read more

My car was so dirty on the inside it looked like it was buried all the way up to the roof in dirt, with doors open and windows down, and then climbed out. Long story - I just bought it off my brother-in-law, a contractor who does a lot of demo work and then works on his off-grid off-road cabin on days off. I called Ray after checking out his reviews on Yelp. He said it wasn't a problem and he could do interior and exterior. I scheduled an appointment at his shop in Jackson, by the UHaul place. He was on time and jumped right into things. Told me it would take about 3 hours. I got a call in 2.5 hrs telling me it was ready, just letting upholstery dry. When I showed up, his work exceeded all of my expectations. I didn't even recognize the car. The exterior was spotless. I didn't even realize the windshield interior was so dirty. This was like putting on glasses for the first time - you don't think your vision is THAT bad until you see what it's supposed to be. The rest of the car interior was just as impressive. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and it shows in the quality of his work. I will be going back in a few weeks to get my headlights cleaned (you know how they get all cloudy with age), and my husband will be bringing his car in soon. We moved from MD to CA in that car with a dog, 3 cats, and 2 kids in the car ... it needs some love. I highly recommend Ray for any detailing needs. He really is awesome! read more

Ray did an awesome job of detailing my truck. Will be taking it in monthly for maintenance. Worth the $$ as I live on a dirt road.

Ray did a FANTASTIC job on my car! I can't say enough good things. He removed 99.5% of the pet fur from my cloth seats and got all the dust and dried food crud from the crevices I couldn't reach. It looks brand new! read more

I am SO impressed. Not only was he willing to take me at 7am on a Sunday morning so I could get to work on time but he did an AMAZING job. I have a black fiat with black cloth seats and a black cloth soft top. I also have a 170 pound Great Pyrenees that comes to work with me everyday. I handed over my car after years of dog fur being ground into the seats and soft top and he handed me back my car looking brand new. The price was insanely reasonable and I cannot wait to go back and have him detail the outside. I would give more than 5 starts if I could. Truly, I am so happy. read more

I can and will give Rays Awesome Detail five solid stars. We had Ray's mobile come to our home to detail my car and my husband's truck. I cannot speak highly enough on the service we received. They showed up a little early for the appointment and got right to work. When both vehicles were done he walked me through what service had been done and asked if there were any concerns or questions. I had none! He delivered both sets of keys to me and asked me to please call if either of us had any concerns after they departed from our home. When my husband got home from work he went to look at both vehicles and his opinion is the same as mine. Rays Awesome Detail is just that...AWESOME! Our vehicles look brand new! Excellent job Rays!!! We will be repeat customers and we will recommend your business to our friends and family. read more

Ray is reasonably priced and does an exceptional job! Seems like he always does a little extra and takes a lot of pride in what he does.

So worth the money!!! I brought my car to Ray for a full detail inside and out but because it was storming that day, he threw in polishing up my headlights for free. My car looks nearly brand new after his work and I highly recommended him to anyone in the area who wants a spotless car in a short amount of time read more

I just had to review the awesome job Ray did on my car. I am a picky car person and he did an incredible job inside on the tan leather and outside. He even came and picked me up to get my car because I didn't have a ride. I highly recommend him and I will go back. read more

I would like to thank and recommend Ray's Awesome Detail service to others. Ray is quick to return calls, provides quality service and personalized care to his customers. Recently he helped me clean a car for one of my employees who barely escaped the Paradise fires. They had lots of smoke damage and Ray was able to do an interior detail cleaning with ozone generator treatment for the smoke. The employee was so relieved and happy that their older car was like brand new again. Thank you Ray for helping us out! read more

Spent extra time and effort to do it right. Did not ask for more $$$. Very nice work!

I'm seriously thrilled with the work Ray's Awesome Detail did on our car today! I like that his operation is completely self contained. He was able to come to my business and work on it here. We are getting our 10 year old Corolla ready to sell and needed to spiff it up after many years of being well loved by my husband and dog. I cannot express to you how happy I am with the new life that he has breathed into this car, inside and out. I cannot wait to have our other cars detailed A.S.A.P. Thank you! read more

Just drove my freshly detailed interior of my truck home from Ray's. Smile on my face problem looked the same as when I bought the truck. Ray made the interior look just like it did when it was new! My dog had made a big mess (car sick) on one of our trips - Ray was able to remove/clean all evidence of that. I'm extremely happy with the work he did. I still have the dog, if he has another "accident" I know where I'm going to go for clean up! Thank you Ray!!! read more

Ray does an awesome job and he's the best deal in town. I have used Ray's service twice for 2 different cars and was very pleased with the outcome of both vehicles.
