He leaves for an hour and comes back and tries to fix it and it's not working. The kid really was trying to figure it out. Manager calls me and says it's a wrap and he will give a refund. He is apologetic but steam is coming out my ears. I have 150 kids I promised cotton candy to and I bought like $200 of just CC supplies and extra sugars from Amazon. I tell him that's not gonna work and he needs to figure it out. Typically that doesn't mean much and I'm expecting him to just issue the refund. 90 minutes later and bro shows up with a new cotton candy machine. Totally saved the party. I went thru 150 sticks and like another 30 bags of the crap. The kids went ape for it; the hit of the party, and this company went above and beyond to close the deal. Will rent from them again.

We compared a few other companies prior to finding Smithvideo Productions but the prices were too steep and we were not comfortable with hiring a videographer that we could not meet prior to our wedding day.
