I knew I wanted to book them for my wedding after I watched one highlight reel and they didn't disappoint. On the business side of things, Ethan is extremely professional and very responsive. Ethan sends you a questionnaire to better get to know you as a couple and sends you song options for the highlight reel. I think this is such a great idea because so many wedding videos have the same music over and over again. I also happen to think wedding videos are a bit cheesy, but I absolutely do not think that about Wise Films. They are shot so creatively that it doesn't feel hokey or cheesy to me at all. Both Ethan and Aaron were super easy to be around during my wedding day. They were nice, friendly and not too pushy. I forgot they were even there half the time and the shots they got were unbelievable. Your wedding day goes by so quickly, so I cannot recommend getting a videographer enough. Everyone who sees my photos is completely blown away; I asked Rachel to take us around DC like tourists and do more a photo shoot than a traditional wedding, and she selected the *perfect* places to go for to-die-for backgrounds. Her photography editing is impeccable, and I had multiple people tell me that our photos look like they belong in a magazine. We hired Charm City for its photobooth service for our post-wedding celebration. Photobooths are…read morealways a hit. People really loved it. My main issue with the Charm City was one of the photobooth operators was really nasty to my guests and I. Several people came up to tell me that she was nasty to them. I witnessed it firsthand when she got snippy with me and clearly she knew it was my party. Apparently, people pressed on the screen too hard when in the photobooth. This wasn't done out of malice on anyone's part; just people having a great time in the booth. The operator's tone was so nasty to guests as she practically screamed at people to not do it again. I suggest that the company instruct its operators to place a sign on the booth to let guests know to touch the screen lightly. Later on, a friend of mine who got to the venue early enough to see the operators set up said that the same operator was rude to the restaurant manager. Her attitude totally dampered an otherwise fun experience. I would recommend the vendor to a friend only if it could guarantee that it would not send out that operator. I followed up with the vendor after the event and it was clear to me that the operator is still employed with the company. I would definitely have a photobooth at another event but I don't know if I would use Charm City again.
