The owner called him and told him he is not coming to give an estimate because we are using him. My son asked how we are using him and the owner of this company could not tell him. I could not believe it when my son told me this. So very unprofessional and this company will NEVER receive a phone call from us again and I will be letting everyone know of the unprofessional behavior. He and his crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. They sanded thoroughly, did a great job painting, and did some extras like trim paint and caulking. Some of the work was done later in the evening when it was already dark, which made it difficult to confirm what was actually completed. He had agreed to come back to double check his work, but that hasn't happened. I understand that he had an issue with his vehicle on the day that he was to return, but that was over two weeks ago. I recently reached out by Yelp message and text, and after three days I've had no response. At this point I'm left unsure whether the work was done as outlined, and disappointed in the lack of follow-up and communication.
