Our property manager, Victoria Hempel tried to lie and harass us because we wanted her to remediate. We had to get an attorney and the city's code enforcement involved so she would do something, and stop threatening us. Also, if you are in a property managed by them I would check for mold if I were you.

I'm only giving this place one star for it's location, other than that, this place is horrible! I…read morelived here for 7 years and the first 3-4 years weren't terrible but then all of these tweakers started moving into the complex, one couple being right next door to me. They were constantly fighting, their kid was always kicking the wall to our bedroom all hours of the night. The cops showed up multiple times in one month before because the couple would be physically fighting outside. Other people would party during the middle of the week until late at night. The management sucks here, they never kicked the tweakers/party people out even when multiple people complained, when something broke in the apartment it either never got fixed or took FOREVER to get fixed. Parking needs to be enforced better because the same people will park their cars inside (not the carports) and just leave them there for weeks at a time. Some of my neighbors cars got broken into or stolen. I've only had my license plate stolen. The washing machines were always broken, or not working properly. I was promised the flooring in my kitchen was gonna be replaced when I first moved in and that never happened. There's a 3 person max in these apartments because they're 1 bedroom 1 bath and there's a couple people who have 6+ people living in an apartment. The windows and screens are crappy and the glass would rattle if it was a windy day and the screens would easily pop off. I couldn't let my cat sit in the window because of that reason. If you like living around a bunch of loud party tweakers and drunks, kids running around screaming, crappy management that will never fix stuff in your apartment, then this place is for you. If you don't, then stay away from this place, you WILL regret it!
