So, that said, my neighbor recommended Raymond's Septic, my first call a nice woman answered the phone and was able to get me an appointment for a pump out within several days! They called on the day of service to say they were on their way. Then made swift work of finding my tank and removing the dirt to access the tank. I had some issues on my end, but they were able to come back later to complete the pump out in a timely manner. TL/DR - Highly recommend this company from office to field.

Roy, the owner, came by to inspect my septic system in High Springs and told me what I already…read moresuspected. I needed a new drain field. His price was 25% less than anyone in Alachua County and was very thorough in his explanation. Roy and his crew showed up as scheduled and they discovered the old drain field was put in improperly in that the water had nowhere to go because the pipes were flowing uphill. That and the field was packed with cheap packing popcorn. They were done by 11a and the inspector by noon. His crew graded the area perfectly even and I couldn't be happier with their work. If you call them, don't worry if you don't get them. Roy or Stacy will call you back. They are busy so be patient - you'll be glad you used them.

On In August 2022, I hired Howard Septic Tank Service to pump my septic tank. As it was my first…read moretime having this service, I observed and conversed with them during the pumping. They were initially nice and professional, but encountered a problem when their septic truck got stuck in my yard after the job. Despite their apology and assurance to fix the yard ruts, my experience took a downturn. Following numerous calls requesting the ruts be leveled, I faced a runaround and eventually dropped the matter. Fast forward a year, I encountered plumbing issues again and called a plumber he later discovered that my drainfield was damaged from Howard Septic driving over it. I had to have another septic tank company, pump out the tank again due to the drainfield damaged. they expressed irritation after hearing what happened to my drainfield. Additionally, I learned that Howard only pumped out one section of the septic tank, neglecting the other. This experience not only resulted in damage to my property but also incomplete service for which I was charged in full. Now a 400 dollar job is going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix because of their negligence. I strongly recommend considering alternatives to Howard Septic Tank Service

Ford's installed our septic when our house was built 6 years ago (first-time home owners). Since a…read morecouple months after the house was built, it's been an ongoing battle with standing water over the tank. They've been out multiple times to assess and pump, always assuring us that there were no problems. One time their solution was simply to shovel dirt from the empty lot next door to pile up in the standing water. Job done. Absolute morons, dishonest with no integrity. We now have to pay another company to dig a new drain field because Ford's botched it the first time and refused to acknowledge their negligence (or outright incompetence), taking advantage of our ignorance on the subject as first-time home owners.
