I got an adjustment and it was the most painful adjustment that I've ever had 10 hrs. later lasting for several days. I have had a lower back issue for years and had many adjustments in the past without having this much pain. His adjustment was unlike anything that any other chiropractor has done to relieve my back pain in the past to include others in his practice and definitely made things worse, not better! The difference is seriously astonishing!! When I went to the office for the first time I was in so much pain that I was in tears just getting in and out of my car. I was literally unable to sit with my back at a 90-degree angle because I was so hunched over. The pain was everywhere : my neck, back, shoulder, elbow, hands, wrists and head! All of those pains are virtually gone. I get occasional flare ups when I'm in front of the computer too long or sitting in the same position too long without stretching and I will continue to go to HFC every several weeks for "maintenance" - I actually really like it and it's a great reminder to stretch and sit up straight! My posture has improved significantly. It's crazy how much it's improved! I don't think I can say enough great things about Dr. Mark and everyone at HFC. It's a small, family practice, not an adjustment factory, and you actually feel welcomed to be there.
