He performed gentle traction on me as well as assigning neck and back exercises along with a foam wedge upon which I rested my neck for varying lengths of time. Now I am on a maintenance plan, seeing him once monthly. My young adult is also now a patient of his. Both of us have received excellent care and are feeling more mobile, and pain free. His office is clean, spacious, and well lit. He wears a mask if he is sick and will if you ask him to. He cleans the exam table immediately after each exam, while you are putting your shoes back on. His office manager Kathy is kind, considerate, and excellent at helping with insurance billing issues.

He continues to up his game and increase the skills and maneuvers he employs. ART (Active Release Technique, mostly seems like a muscular thing) is amazing, but this is not the only modality Steve uses. This time I'd been diagnosed with trochanteric bursitis. I had been out of state, or I would have seen him first. Several other methods/practitioners had again failed... and yet again, I started feeling better WHILE Steve was working on me, plus he caught an additional problem that no one else had noticed. I am one of those people who will only go to ANY type of medical appointment if I really need to, so have only seen him off and on as needed- but that's the beauty of it, he is usually able to fix most anything in 5-6 visits. This is one of those few practitioners where you notice an immediate difference, every time. Gold, pure gold.

What I appreciate most about this practice is how they are clearly about helping people achieve healthier, more balanced lives but do so without an elitist or overzealous attitude. To me, this practice is not about further polarizing people's opinions about health care or being judgmental of the choices parents make in caring for their children. Quintessential Chiropractic is about helping patients find a healthier balance in their lives and live life to the fullest without pain.

And keep going until whatever you have that is injured is rehabilitated. This clinic has provided me much assistance in healing for my neck (2007) and lower back (2017) which turn out to be my weak areas. My conditions are bulging discs, herniated disc, and spinal stenosis. On 08/31/2007 I went to this clinic. At the time the pain was really bad, radiating from my neck, down my arm, and down my shoulder blade that I was sleeping while sitting up. I could not lay back. After 2 weeks of treatment I was laying and sleeping in my bed. Treatments continued to improve my issue and by 09/2008 I was pain free. On 10/31/2017 I went to this clinic again. This time I could not walk more than 500 feet without having to sit down. The radiating sciatic pain was too much to continue. After starting treatment things improved and by the first weekend of 2018 I could walk much further and the pain had decreased. By March 2018 I was able to vacation in Washington DC and visited 5 different museums, walking through all of them. By Labor Day 2018 I was hiking in the White Mountains pain free.
