They could only tell him two possible options, both of which my brother would have to wait for a call from the owner first supposedly bec he's the only one who can tell for sure how much and if its something they can do. Feels like all of this couldve been on the telephone. They came out for nothing but to scam 500 out of my brother, because what? Because he's brown? Monday came and we never heard from the owner of this company. Meanwhile, another well service that my brother has used in the past stopped by to look at my brother's well. They fixed it with a tiny piece, charged him 250, and explained to him all possibilities for the near future in terms of repairs vs new well and pump etc. We were without water for three days. WATER! We were told by many that after having a new well installed, it can be difficult to pass the 1st water test completed by the health department. The gentlemen tested our water again and he said that it tested better than most city water and we have virtually NO iron!
