They could only tell him two possible options, both of which my brother would have to wait for a call from the owner first supposedly bec he's the only one who can tell for sure how much and if its something they can do. Feels like all of this couldve been on the telephone. They came out for nothing but to scam 500 out of my brother, because what? Because he's brown?
