    Black Garlic Ramen
    Mat O.

Ambiance, fun. Service, friendly. Food, great. Ambiance - anime-inspired ramen chain restaurant! Fun place for adults and kids alike. TV is on a loop of anime music videos which sounds through the room while dining. The wallpaper is quite entertaining as well. Tables are new, clean, and host the common condiments to accompany the cuisine (chili oil, soy). Service - staff was pleasant and efficient. You can order from the register or use their menu checklist placed upon every table. Food - wow, absolutely delicious! Food comes out as soon as it's prepared which is always a plus in my books. I've tried a few items thus far; shumai, Krab Rangoon, black garlic ramen, and a few teas. Shumai and the krab rangoons were some of the best I've had locally. Shumai have a nice crunchy exterior and delicious soft shrimp center. The krab rangoons are appropriately stuffed, fried to perfection, and come with a delicious dipping sauce. Black garlic ramen was one of the most flavorful ramens I've ever had. The pork, par-boiled egg, and bamboo shoots floating inside...all perfectly cooked. The teas offer that perfect sweetness to round out a meal, highly recommend.

The food was just OK to me. It was something different. The service was OK. The ambience of the place was nice. It was a nice scenery to look at.

Kids enjoying bubble milk tea and coffee milk tea.

The girls said that everything tastes good. The bubble tea tastes much more exciting to the both of them. However, the coffee milk tea is tasty like a just right sweet coffee tea. The girls liked the fired squid and the condiments that accompanied the food; sMy daughters found a few pieces of hair like things in their squid. One daughter believed it to be part of the squid and the other was certain it was hair. It appeared to be hair and not 'red ginger' and I was led to believe by a staff member. She stated that she didn't believe it to be hair. She was kind enough to make them a new batch. They said they would try this place out again. The only issue was the hair situation. The ambiance is cool, too. That's, actually, what encouraged me try it out.

Amazing food, service and ambiance! Unique in the area, great ambiance and mouth watering food- all with efficient and attentive staff. Great portion sizes, also. I am so excited to go back and try more of their menu.

Their food was delicious as well as their presentation. Nothing to complain. Service was well served with kindness and respect. I got to say their ambiance was calm, peaceful and clean. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is single, couples, friends and families.

We arrived just in time, as there was a line to get in directly after we were seated. Service was slow, but they were really busy. And we were not in a rush. Complimentary chips and mole to start. The Esquite (Mexican street corn, sans cob) was amazing. I could eat this every day of my life. The Pork Bao Buns were flavorful, but the cheese threw us off. There was a lot of it, too. We ordered the Birria Tacos (beef) and the Korean Al Pastor Rice Bowl. I had lunch for two days. Can't beat that! BYOB. Small parking lot. Street parking seems tough - it may be wise to Uber. There were tons of Door Dash orders being picked up (we were sitting near that area). It got a little crowded with so many drivers hovering around. Get there early!

The inside is beautiful, with lights on the ceiling and tables arranged neatly. There are no booths. The restroom is huge and temperature-wise a little chilly. They bring your bill to the table but you pay at the register. Everyone is very nice and they brought water unprompted, which was fantastic! Then the food.... Delicious! The egg rolls were nicely fried and the insides (especially the birria) were tasty. I do not care for the texture of onions - these were hidden, but at not coat to flavor. This restaurant is a gem, I'm glad my friend took me here as a post-play lupper!

This place is a true gem selling all sorts of all natural ice cream they are more Mexican based flavors they have from tequila to vanilla to the traditional non dairy fruit such as lemon and watermelon . So good ! They as well have other Mexican goodies such as chips , corn , fruit . I'm from Los Angeles , CA so these are around literally everywhere but my bf has never been to one and was absolutely taken away on how good the ice cream was & has literally been coming every week to get some LOL. The fella in here was super nice & let us sample a couple flavors ! A must check out especially during the hot days.

They make their own ice cream in house. I enjoyed a scoop of mamey ice cream. My nephew loved their Mexican vanilla. The coconut has fresh coconut in it. Other flavors include mint chocolate chip, cheesecake, eggnog, oreo, chocolate, chocolate chip ("besitos"), almond, and more. They sell paletas (not made there but still good!), desserts like flan, geletinas, and tres leches cake. My mom was excited to try their tres leches cake-- her favorite. They have a whole snack menu too: esquites, corn on the cob, Maruchan ramen with special toppings, chicharrones preparados, fruit with chamoy or chile & lime. Lots of fun after-school snacks. But my favorite offering is one I need to go back to try. They make their own water ice from scratch. And they make versions with Mexican flavors like tamarind. I've never seen tamarind water ice in Philly, but now it's all I will want on a hot summer day.
