Tons of variety with meats, seafood, sides, and appetizers. The all-you-can-eat option is a big plus. They have tons of variety drinks and ice cream that are included in the price already...no extra cost! A big plus as a mama of 3....the play area that keeps my kiddos entertained. Also, the ambiance is great! Very clean! It can get a little hectic juggling both grill and broth, but overall it's 100% worth it. Come hungry!

Arrived to a quiet, low key establishment, a bit eerie as we were the only ones there and light were still off, but were welcomed, none the less. Once everything lit up, the food was slowly being brought out and the choices for lunch were limited. No hot items at the sides and the sauces available were interesting, interestingly enough to concoct something on my own. Drink fridge was well stocked, but the dessert freezer was lacking in selection, Haagen Dazs was only available. Play area was the only buff/flex for us, as our busy toddler needed to roam free. I should have opted for a closer seating to the play area so we could take turns watching and eating/cooking :) but it worked out, like I mentioned, it was low key and we were rushed. Regarding food, they were helpful and provided service for items that were not readily available on the hot sides area, salt and pepper shrimp... YES PLEASE! Other than that, similar to KBBQ style, but not the same sauces, so be wary of that, I didn't mind, but wanted to share that. Veggies are always a win where there's pumpkin/squash and eggplant ^_^

They offer traditional breakfast fare like eggs, omelets, pancakes, French toast, waffles, breakfast sandwiches/wraps, & homefries. The lunch fare includes grilled teppanyaki, burgers, panko breaded chicken, hoagies, K-chicken, wingdings, chicken nuggets, and Korean corn dogs (potato coating $1 extra). After shopping, I stopped by Sunny's Kitchen for a snack and got 2 Korean corn dogs (beef) - ($4.95 each plus tax). My corn dogs were ready in about 10 minutes after ordering, came out of the fryer very hot. Each corn dog on a wooden stick was coated with a thick soft sweet fried dough with sugar. A spicy orange sauce was provided for the corn dogs. Those corn dogs at Sunny's Kitchen were a simple hot and tasty snack, but not as complex as a Kong Dog which offers several coating choices.

Don't let the no-frills atmosphere fool you -- you come here for the food, and the food delivers. The pork hangover soup (haejangguk) is absolutely magnificent -- rich, deeply savory, and exactly what your soul needs. The fried pork (tangsuyuk) is crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. And the tofu stew? Perfect heat, silky tofu, and a broth that tastes like it's been perfected over decades. This is authentic home-style Korean cooking at its finest. If you want a polished dining experience, go somewhere else. If you want incredible food made with heart, Jjang Ga Nae is the answer.

It sounded like the kitchen intended to close an hour earlier, which would be fine but the restaurant should adjust their hours since several customers after us were confused and had to be turned away. We were even unsure about whether our own food was going to come. Ambiance would also feel a little more comfortable if they had some music playing - it was very quiet and almost felt awkward at times. Regardless, our food did come and hit the spot. The accompanying banchan was nice (and pretty spicy!) and portion sizes were generous. It felt like a nice, homey meal overall. The hiccup in the kitchen was probably a one-off, but hoping they can manage their hours better in the future.

We found Buk Chon a cozy korean resturant with warm vibes and even better food. I dare say...the best korean food I have eaten! We went three times in the over the span of 2 days. Yes! 3 times. I insist that you order the spicy pork buns...absolutely delicious and my personal favorite is the kimchi paellla but i digress because every single dish at this establishment is wonderful to say the least

Everything was delicious, from the apps to the dishes, and definitely very healthy portions! Service was pretty good as well, with attentive staff despite there not being a whole lot of them. The food is Korean-inspired with some fusion elements, and all of it was nicely executed. Fried chicken bites were a pretty big hit, and the pork buns were good as well - crispier than usual, but still really good. Toppoki was nice too, and have to say that calling it rice gnocchi is pretty smart to make it easier to understand outside the Asian POV. Kimchi paella was essentially kimchi fried rice, but tasty and filling, and the scrape off parts at the bottom, that's rice gold right there. I don't always eat rice, but when I do, I prefer slightly burnt at the bottom of a stone pot. Second visit, I went with fire chicken, which is tasty and has some kick. I did notice that my not Asian colleague was asked if he was sure about the three fire symbols, but I was not :P Space is pretty nice inside too, a nice combination of old and new; the bathroom was nice and clean, and the general feel inside is casual but elegant. I wouldn't be opposed to returning, but would need to know much more about allergy protocols and awareness, which admittedly isn't always a strong point in Asian cuisine.

I was surprised how much my picky eater family enjoyed the food here! The service is very laid back, but that's ok, the food made up for everything else. The only negative was the bonchon at the start of the meal. I like when they offer more freshness like pickled radish and what not, this was on the heavier side with fried potatoes and something called "fish cake" that I would not recommend. The beef stir fry was a perfect meal, as far as I am concerned, containing my fave veggies (onions, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage). The flavor was spot on! My husband really enjoyed the bulgogi bibimbap; while I liked it too it wasn't one of my favorites and the rice wasn't crispy when we were served, like it usually is. When you are done you pay at the counter. Really "local" vibes and I highly recommend for the food!

Portion size was surprisingly big in a good way. Bulgogi Bimbibap was good but the bulgogi was a bit too saucy/wet for me. It made the rice by that area wet. Would likely not get this again unless it changes. After ordering, the staff brought some complimentary banchan. The potatoes were my favorite! I would come back for the chicken and to try some other things on the menu.
