I ordered the duck confit tacos and the truffle oil and parmesan fries. The tacos were amazing! The duck was well cooked and there was pickled onions, lettuce, parsley, and some special white sauce on it. It was very tasty and wasn't too messy to eat. The fries were also very good. They're thicker, like steak fries. The truffle oil and parmesan blend was so delicious. I couldn't get enough! I also appreciated that they had a woman standing in front of the food truck taking orders and guiding the food to the right person. It was a nice touch and a good way to accommodate customers and prevent the cooks from having to peek out the window and scream order numbers. I would definitely want to find them at another event and try other items. I saw that some of their other items included a burger and little neck clams.

I ordered a cheese empanada for my daughter and a burger for myself, since Ukelele owner claims he has the best burger in town! The Empanada was overcooked on the outside with cheese still frozen on the inside. Trashed. The burger: I ordered it to be cooked medium rare. Well, It was burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside. Raw meat with thin burnt crust. The patty fell apart when I picked it up from the box with my hands, smothered in garlic sauce and some other sauce. I gave it to my dog, but he refused to eat it. Trashed too. Hands down, this was the...worst burger in town! P.S. Merely several months ago it was a food truck with great vibe, friendly service, and tasty food. However, it quickly lost consistency in keeping the standards at a certain level. Instead, you get a long wait and a lot of attitude with bad food.

As a native I can confirm thanksgiving Ukelele serves arepas, patacones, empanadas and cachapas just like the ones you'll find in any Venezuelan market. Or better yet any "Calle'l hambre" which is what Venezuelans call an area with a variety of street food. When you visit, you must try the Arepas, a corn-based dough that is filled with cheese, meat, or other ingredients. And don't forget to try the less know Cachapas, sweet corn cakes that are typically filled with cheese.

The steak sandwich was only $12.00 and looked promising on their short menu. Within ten minutes, the order was delivered to my table inside the brewery. The sandwich was heavy in weight and the caramelized onions really brought a great taste with each bite. The homecut fries were a great side dipped in ketchup. The steak slices were juicy although needed to be thinner. The sandwich definately was the perfect compliment to my cold Belgian beer. Will return next Sunday to try their highly recommended Shepard's Pie.

The StoneHouse Mobile Kitchen was parked outside the brewery, so we ordered a few items. First up was the grilled, sliced steak sandwich with cheese, onions, tomato and a tasty aioli sauce. It came with a nice sized portion of fries. The beef was tender, and the sandwich was delicious. We also had a grilled cheese sandwich with 3 types of cheese and a robust tomato soup. Much heartier and tastier than we expected from a food truck. Their surprisingly wide-ranging menu included a flatbread pizza, pasta with clams, a stuffed chicken thigh, a quesadilla, brie cheese and more. Impressive! The service was great as the food was promptly delivered to us inside the brewery. No need to stand around the food truck waiting for the items to cook. Instead, we enjoyed our beers while comfortably sitting inside the brewery. We'll have to try some other food and beer pairings on our next visit!

We had brisket which was so tender and yummy. The mac and cheese was so good. Creamy and a little crisp on the top. We had a great wedge salad as well. The pork belly is mind blowing. Highly recommend their food. You can't go wrong with good BBQ.

The pulled pork took me back to my childhood - it was juicy and tender and enjoyable with bbq sauce or on its own. The brisket and ribs, however, did not remind me of home, because I had never had meat so tender, juicy, and dare I say, meaty in my entire life. The ribs were huge and perfectly flavored. The bits of burnt meat here and there added another element of smokiness and a different texture that made these ribs out of this world. But that brisket... oh my goodness... can a human live on just brisket alone? Because it's that tender, juicy, flavorful, and all-around delicious. Smokin' Gator serves amazing BBQ, and the owner of this family-owned business is an incredibly generous person... all the more reason to support this Palm Beach County gem!

My husband ordered the Saagwala with goat, which was beautifully seasoned with a wonderful blend of spices, and the goat was incredibly lean and tender. I had the Vindaloo, a traditionally spicy dish, and ordered it medium. It was the perfect level of heat to wake up the palate without overpowering all the wonderful flavors going on in my mouth. We topped the meal off with an incredible Gajar Halwa dessert. Who would have thought that a Carrot Confection with Pistachio could be so pleasing to the palate. The staff was professional and attentive, and the atmosphere felt authentically Indian, right down to the background music. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. I went with their chocolate ice cream in a regular bubble waffle, and it was topped with 2 strawberry Pocky stix, red white and blue M&Ms, Oreo cookies, and chocolate drizzle. It also could have come with whipped cream, but I passed. The only prepared item by the truck was the bubble waffle, and mine was great! The outside was crispy but the middle was soft and fluffy. I liked that it was easy to tear away the bubbles so I could get some waffle, some ice cream, and some topping all in one bite. I paid $8.50 for my cone, and the serving is HUGE. You get a good portion for your money, and you can share between 2-3 friends. I really would have liked to have sampled a bigger menu and tried a flavored waffle. Their ice cream and combinations are superb. The ice cream itself is delicious without being overpoweringly sweet.
