Just had RaxMasters install 3 overhead garage storage units for us and we are very pleased with the results. Jerry came out last week to provide an estimate. Initially we were thinking about different size units but he suggested another size that wasn't shown on their website (we thought we needed one 2 x 8, but he suggested two 2 x 6 units) and they worked better for the space. He set it up for an install the following week. Our installer Jorge was excellent. He installed the 3 units in about one hour. Just had Raxmasters out to install two overhead racks. When I called they answered the phone promptly, were professional and courteous. We set the appointment for today at 3pm and they showed up at 2:55! Jorge was again professional and suggested good placement for both of the racks and consulted with me on how low I wanted them to hang. He got to work and was done within an hour. Just had two overhead storage racks in stalled by Jorge. They look great and are definitely sturdy. Im about 220lbs. And can hang on the racks without them moving, shaking, or twisting. Different sizes to choose from. Very professional, responded to my email inquiries very quickly. Cheaper than other competitors. Jorge arrived on time and was done in 45 min. My wife and I were very pleased with the service. They were able to move our appointment to an earlier time, and even sent an installer, so that if we decided to install the system, we could have it done right then and there. We did decided to install two 4 x 8 racks, and the installer had the work done in less than an hour. And just like the video on the website, at the installer's suggestion, he and I hung from the racks when he was done, to show the strength of the system. These guys are great. It's a family owned and operated business. The customer service was amazing. The owner was able to squeeze me i the day after the consult. His pricing was great. The work was amazing. The only thing I would warn people about is that if you do choose to be "squeezed in" to his schedule, make sure you are willing to be open to when he can get to you. I was moving into a new house, since I was there everyday before we moved in prepping the house, I had no issues with this. But for those of you out there who demand things be done right now, you may need to schedule your service a week or two out. Overall awesome experience and again the customer service was amazing. The owner, who also installs ceiling racks, actually took the time to show me a few tricks for hanging the ones I already own. He didn't even try to push his rack system on me!! read more

Love our new house in Summerlin but garage size couldn't compare to our previous house in Palm Desert. One call to Jerry and the problem was solved. I called RaxMasters based on an ad in a local magazine and hadn't checked the reviews (talk about risky). Within 40 minutes, Jerry came out to the house and checked the garage, showed me color samples, and we talked about scheduling. A few days later, I called him after my household goods had arrived and told him there was no way I was going to have the garage cleared in time, I needed storage. That was on Friday. On Monday, he sent George out, who was there for about 90 mins and single-handedly put up two 4x8 racks. Both guys were really friendly and we were so impressed with George's ability to put that stuff up by himself. They wouldn't take pre payment and didn't take payment after the racks were put up, even though the epoxy flooring wasn't started (or paid for yet) either. Talk about trust! I'll update my review after the floor is done, but I have a feeling it will be a glowing 5 star review. Oh, and I forgot to add, once I asked Jerry about doing storage, he promptly informed me I would get a discount because I was doing the floor and storage, something I didn't see online or in the ad, so I was very appreciative that he mentioned it. read more

Jerry and the team at Raxmasters does great quality work. When moving into a new house we knew right away that we wanted to have the garage floor done with epoxy and the garage ceiling storage racks installed before we moved in. I was able to schedule an appointment in early June for installation in early July. When I'd texted Jerry to check in or ask questions, he always replied timely. During the day of installation, the team arrived on time, explained the process and also made additional adjustments to the epoxy color and texture. In addition, we didn't like the concrete color of the floor on the covered patio and asked about applying epoxy. We were a little hesitant given that it's not that common. We were pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. I highly recommend Raxmasters for their quality of work. As for the price, it appears to be a little on the higher side than average, but given the quality of work and that they executed on time, it was worth it. read more
