However the response was that they don't install parts purchased from the customer . I had a follow up with a question which was why don't they install parts pre purchased - because I'd like to have a warranty on my parts . The response was "we don't provide warranty " , which I knew they wouldn't provide warranty on my parts since I pre purchased my part with its own warranty and they didn't answer if they do provide warranty on their own parts and labor . My main question was why don't they install pre purchased parts and I was hoping they gave me another option alternative option. It was a missed opportunity was they didn't give me another option for the service, such as offering me warranty on parts and labor if I used their service/business . Third, I personally witnessed the new front end going in my truck before I brought it to them and the components were marked and nothing was touched as far as I'm concerned on my truck. The proof is I brought it to another place 2 days later and they said this truck is all out of whack. I have proof in the pictures attached as they seemingly manipulated the machine to make it look correct. The first picture is the printout they gave me to show all green the second picture is from the new place I brought it to on the top it shows how bad it was and on the bottom you can see it fixed.
