It was amazing! We even got there a little late due to traffic and the whole staff was understanding and flexible with the timing! I would give them 10 stars if I could! We definitely WILL be back!

Four words: HIRE A FISHING GUIDE!…read more Epic day on Lake Texoma, catching plenty of Stripers! Our fishing guide, RANDY, put us on fish from the get go. He knows this lake, inside and out. We had originally called another company (that advertises obnoxiously here - couldn't escape their ads). When we called, they were all booked up for weeks. I decided to look on Google maps to find other guides nearby. So glad we did!!! "Adventure Texoma" (not to be confused with another place with a very similar name!) popped up. Mark answered the phone, had availability when we wanted to book, and said we'd be with Randy. Easy-peasy. We showed up with our $12 Lake Texoma fishing licenses (acquired in town), and Randy supplied everything thing we needed to fish! We had 6 poles in the water for the most part, and lost count of fish, but it's tied over a dozen a piece! My husband also caught a good sized catfish (our largest fish of the day)! I also caught a freshwater drum, and the largest striper of the day! We agreed to call it a draw. Decided to catch and release them all. Probably should have kept one of the bigger stripers. Nevertheless, what a fun and fulfilling day! We we comfortable, and Randy is an easy guy to talk to. Thanks for everything!

We don't really drink and go to the club much but this was great to see what rockwall has to offer. We managed to take lots and LOTS! Of pictures, chat with new people, dance and just had a great time! I think for under $60, it was worth it! You get to relax, enjoy the ride, watch the waves and beautiful sunset! Lots of couples and families here celebrating birthdays, anniversary, etc. Highly recommend!

I booked a sailing afternoon with Captain Doug for my family of 5. The wind Gods were not happy…read morewith the hot summer, so we had to postpone the sailing until the conditions were right. Captain Doug was great at communicating about this, he understood that my 3 kids (7,6 & 4) were not going to be happy in those calm conditions because it tends to be too hot and a little boring. After a couple of reschedules, we went out on a cloudy day. We were a little concerned about rain but this man knows his weather and assured us it would be fine - maybe a couple of specks of rain, and it was exactly like that. Besides, he told us about his bimini (the big umbrella-like top that covers the whole sitting area) in his beautiful Lady Anne, a 30' Catalina boat, and exactly how to dress for the occasion. My kids were super excited, more about the innards of the boat, which he graciously let them explore, than anything. They went to see the cabins and the head (bathroom), and they were thrilled about the kitchenette. Then he let them grab the wheel, and at the same time he taught my wife and me about pulling the sails up, getting the front sail (Genoa) nice and tight, and a very awesome general 101 about sailing. We had a blast out there, realizing that Lake Lewisville is bigger than we knew. For a few hours, we forgot about everything else, we were the crew of a sailing boat that was able to harness the wind power to move pretty fast. We zig-zagged through the lake, then under a bridge where the Captain commanded the 3 little crew members to yell their lungs out (while taking some energy off, thanks!!), and then back to the marina. The whole afternoon created some memories that will be with us forever.

They also gave us an additional 2 hours free of charge since the rain/storm caused us to push back our rental time. They are very Accommodating & understanding!! I called about 3 weeks before the day we wanted to rent. Booked a Tri ton for all day and 12 full…read moresize adults. I made sure on the call that it would be comfortable for all of us. Specifically requesting a Tri-toon. ​We showed up on the saturday we booked for and they said they had us on a ski boat. I told them no so they gave us a boat. This boat had many broken areas and was infested with ants and roaches! We found some on the dock which they provided glass cleaner to us to spray the bugs....OK. when we got out on the water and went to get the life jackets that compartment was infested with roaches. The engine was leaking gas so there was a distinct gas smell the whole time. And a fish smell. Which we chalked up to being at the lake. When we pulled back up and started unloading g our stuff we found a full trash bag in a compartment under the front seats that had fish guts in it among other trash. They did comp my gas at the end. Which was only a quarter of a tank. They clearly gave us the spare boat or something since they got the reservation wrong. We made the most of it but that is ridiculous. We were also one of the first groups there and the only group with a full day rental. Wont rent here again unless they give me a day free. Be careful. Dont accept the red boat. Yall do better. ​
