Our expectations were well exceeded! We drove in from New Orleans for a wedding in nearby Honey Grove, TX - We didn't know the area well at all, and weren't sure when we could check-in so reached out on the Air B&B app. Responses were almost instant, and our hosts were very helpful in planning our itinerary. They greeted us at the door after the long 8 hour drive with a smile! The space is intimate, and I would say a museum of vintage decor, with a beautiful dining area where breakfast is served. We stayed in the Magnolia Room which was similarly decorated, and consisted of a study, a bedroom, and a bathroom (with two bathtubs!). It was very clean, stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows, and bathroom necessities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, AND BUBBLE BATH etc.). The bed was VERY comfortable well. We had the choice of breakfast in our room or downstairs, so the first morning we had breakfast in our room (which made us feel like a king and queen), and the second we had breakfast in the dining area with our host Thomas. The food was wonderful in terms of both taste and presentation. (Instagram worthy)! We were extremely impressed with our stay, and would highly recommend to anyone passing through or visiting the area! We will be back!

The house is very clean, spacious, and very welcoming. The bedding was soft and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. Even though I had the house to myself (and Debbie) I stayed in my room and enjoyed the free wi-if. Debbie accommodated my food allergy as well. The GF coffee cake was out of this world. Which brings me to my wonderful breakfast. I'm a foodie and this hit the spot. Crisp bacon, caramelized sweet potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit topped with cream sauce, and house made juice. You won't regret your stay here at Old Magnolia.

There's a large community bonfire pit with Adirondack chairs. Huge covered patio area with grills, corn hole, and seating areas. All the RV sites were pretty level. All RV hookups brand new and great water pressure! Huge fenced in dog park. Very close to Broken Bow and an extremely quiet park. Would make a great stop over for the night or a place to secure for a week in Hochatown or Broken Bow.

Nice older RV park. Level lots, clean facilities, wifi & cable TV…read more We stopped for overnight only camping, the office was closed, but one of the permanent residents helped us get situated. $30 for an overnight stay. Much of the park was taken up by long term residents, but was laid out so short term "camper" were located together towards the front. They had one restroom with a shower - the facility looked clean. The camp had a laundry room - 3 washers, 3 dryers - with several shelves of book for folks to read (looks to be a take one; leave one library). There were no picnic tables at the sites, although there were a couple of commons areas; those areas looked older, in need if a little care - but still useable. The park probably is not a good park for RVers with children - there isn't a playground area, pool or any real play area for children. Nice if you just want to have an adult, quiet get away.

On the second day, this lateness made some of us miss a major portion of a once-in-a-lifetime event we planned to attend. Her charges and billing seem outrageous and arbitrary. She charged $75 for "snacks" which equated to 2 mini-candy canes. She charged for spilled whiskey although there was no whiskey on board of the limo and we certainly didn't bring it either. Communicating with her is hostile to the point that you are dragged to court if you don't comply with her. And be aware, your credit card on file (although you may never agreed to have that info stored) will be charged for what she thinks you owe her; multiple times. Furthermore, I got knowledge that after more than 7 months, she still hasn't paid her mechanic for the days of work he put into the vehicle to get her limo up back and running when she got stranded on the side of the road! If I may recommend anything about that business then it would be to stay far away from it!
