As a result of the loud music that was played in the lobby, we had five sleepless nights. I also believe that the housekeeping services need to be improved. If you want to have a peaceful morning, be prepared for loud chatter coming from the rooms that the housekeepers are cleaning, because they often hold loud conversations while cleaning separate rooms. In other words, they may be yelling across the hallways. Don't expect for your room to be cleaned well either when you arrive. My, how things have changed since last year.

I stayed here because it's closer for my job than the one in sulphur springs (previously stayed…read morethere). Well it's not worth it and I would happily drive the 30 minutes to work from the one in sulphur springs from now on. This one was not well taken care of. The desk person had zero personality. The keys I was given didn't work. The housekeeper let me in the first two times until I was able to get new keys. The breakfast buffet is a joke compared to the sulphur springs one. Hardly had anything. One elevator didn't work and one barely worked. The washer/dryer was disgusting. I went to laundromat instead. They tried to charge my account 3 times after they had already taken my stay out. I had to call my bank and stop it.
