Ordered their Caesar wrap and smoothie (guava mango). Restaurant is located inside the Municipal Market. Food and drink were prepared within 5 mins. Wrap was spicy and sweet. I like the spicy but I could have done without the sweet. The wrap comes with a sauce already inside it and Caesar dressing on the side. The Caesar dressing is too sweet. I did not add the dressing after the initial try. The croutons were nice and crunchy even though they were surrounded by lettuce and the mystery sauce. Also, the wrap itself was also sweet!!! Would not order again. The smoothie was good. I didn't get the name but it had guava, mango and orange juice. Very refreshing and I ordered the smallest size. There were three sizes total. I'm a sucker for acai bowls, and Rawesome juicery, located in the adorable Municipal Marker, has a variety of both these and other delights. Based on the recommendation from the very lovely lady manning the front, I chose the Tropical Bowl, a concoction with a base of pineapple, mango, acai, banana, and apple juice, topped with granola, frozen mango, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and mixed nuts. I will admit, the mixed nuts were a strange addition - if they had been macadamias it would have fit with the tropical theme a bit more. Nonetheless, this treat definitely hit the spot for lunch on a sweltering Atlanta day. Other offerings include the Detox Bowl (includes spinach in the base, topped with a variety of fruits), the Pitaya Bowl (pitaya obviously, as well as coco cream, topped with fruits and granola), the Guanabana bowl, and the Peanut Butter Bowl. I "politely" asked the little thickface Latino guy why my husband had to wait so long. He was VERY curt and rudely replied that if "I wanted it fast, I should've gone to a fast food place". If you're looking for healthy juices and smoothies made fresh daily, this is the place to go. Before she opened this shop, owner Chantel used to work as a juicing consultant for "high profile" clients. Rawesome offers about nine different cold hydraulic-pressed juices in 16 oz. bottles for $5-6 each. About eight smoothies are offered in three different sizes: 12, 16, and 24 oz. at $4.75, $5.75, and $6.50 each, respectively. There are also $3 shots and salads available. Ingredients used in the juices include spinach, kale, celery, apple, cucumber, lemon, ginger, beets, carrots, bell pepper, pineapple, mint, lime, grapefruit, cayenne, honey, cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg, dates, vanilla, almonds, coffee, cacao, and cinnamon. These juices have presumably been made earlier in the day. So if you're ordering juice, bottles are served immediately. From the ordering counter, you can see through a door into the kitchen where the press and other equipment is located, along with all of the fresh fruits and vegetables that have been or will be used. I've tried a couple juices here: Ultimate 1 and Fat Burner. The Ultimate 1 is made of spinach, kale, celery, apple, cucumber, and lemon. The Ultimate 2 is exactly the same as the Ultimate 1 except ginger is used in lieu of celery for more of a bite. The Ultimate 1 is naturally green in color and is rather soothing, light, and refreshing. I like it. Fat Burner is made with grapefruit, lemon, ginger, cayenne, and honey. I'm not sure why this one is called Fat Burner. "Mouth Burner" is more like it. I was recommended Fat Burner by a Rawesome staffer for when I had a cold. "It really opens you up," she said. It's an interesting sensation -- actually drinking it isn't so bad. It's waiting a few seconds after taking a couple gulps that you really start to feel the effects of the ginger and cayenne. It only gets "worse" as you go on because the bottom of the bottle is more concentrated (shaking helps). I wouldn't recommend Fat Burner to the casual juice drinker. The juices aren't as thick as I expected. I'm interested in trying one of the nut-based drinks on a future visit, either Cashew Milk (cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg, dates, vanilla, water) or Almond Joy (almond, coffee, cacao, dates, cinnamon, water). Perfect balance of all the ingredients and so yummy. I could drink this forever. ULTIMATE TWO - $5 for 16oz. This one tastes like a true veggie drink - kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, lemon, ginger. I would drink this as a meal substitute not for dessert :) I have a sweet tooth so my ultimate is the Superfood. BANANA NUT ULTIMATE - $4.75 for 12oz. This smoothie was good too but I probably wouldn't get it again. I decided I just don't like bananas in smoothies (same issue at other places) - it's the banana after-taste that like sucks my mouth dry. This smoothie had banana, peach, cinnamon, dates, organic maple syrup, walnuts, flax seed oil and almond milk. Overall I'd say it tasted like banana flavored cinnamon ice cream :) PB&J - $4.75 for 12oz. Just had a swig but this was good too -- strawberries, roasted peanuts, banana and almond milk. However personally wouldn't order it b/c of the peanuts (boo high cholesterol). Great place for juices and salads - and probably the most healthy eating option at Sweet Auburn. Don't miss out! Came to Rawesome for lunch on a weekday with a coworker. I ordered a juice (the kale one - I can't remember the exact name) and she got a half Hail Caesar and the peanut butter smoothie. The juices are pre-squeezed so I got my order at the register; however, my coworker was not so fortunate. Her half salad and smoothie took over 40 minutes to throw together. This was due to a couple different issues. 1) it was so disorganized. The tickets were placed in no particular order on the counter so some orders were being skipped. 2) the staff was overwhelmed with the lunch rush but I feel like they should have been more prepared for it. 3) customers would get tired of waiting and just grab whatever was on the counter (someone else's order)! It was total chaos. After our 40 min wait, we asked the cashier what was happening and he looked extremely apologetic. He actually gave us an extra juice on the house for our wait which I definitely appreciated. If it were not for his gesture, I would never go back to Rawesome. My kale juice was not great. It had way too strong of a ginger flavor that burned the back of my throat. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch but I won't be getting that again. My general rule of thumb when dining out is to order things I can't make at home. Thus, usually a smoothie place would not get a visit, much less a five star review, from me. After all, how hard is it to dump a bunch of frozen fruit in a blender? Well my friends, the devil is in the details, and those details are done right at Rawesome Juicery. First, every single thing on the menu sounds delicious and wholesome. When I want a smoothie or a juice, I don't want any chemical laden "boosts" or powders added, like so many chain places do automatically, and you won't find any of that stuff on the huge menu here. Instead, you'll find about a dozen juice and a dozen smoothie options with tantalizing fruit and veggie combinations. I narrowed it down to a mango/kale/almond milk or a berry/acai smoothie, and asked for a recommendation from the owner, who suggested the berry blend would be more refreshing for the warm day. Sold. Though there are no added sugars in any of their products, my smoothie was perfectly sweet with the natural flavors of the berry blend they used. A medium size (16oz) was a perfect meal replacement option. Though I had a scoutmob, the full prices were very reasonable. The cost per smoothie/juice was about on-par with your generic chain places, but the quality here is obviously so much higher. While nothing on their menu makes any promises, their facebook page notes that they try and purchase as much of the ingredients for their concoctions from organic and/or local farmers. I went there today for lunch and I will be back. First, the Sweet Auburn Curb Market is fantastic. You will find all sorts of people and food there. Lots of foot traffic from downtown businesses and government. The down side is parking is a bear. Now as for Rawesome Juicery, this place is legit. Most places at the Market have big signs, this place does not. However, I was told by Kiki, the owner's sister, that a sign was being made. If you have never been to the Market, think of it as a big food court. Rawesome appears to be the healthiest spot there. I had the Zuk Spaghetti and a Rawesome Remix Wrap. Both were incredible. The Zuk Spaghetti is a vegan option that had zucchini noodles and marinara sauce. You can add feta crumbles but I wanted to stay with the vegan kick. The Rawesome Wrap had bunch of kale, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, almonds, and some sort of spicy dressing in a spinach tortilla. Flavorful as it gets. I spent about $13 bucks for lunch and it was great. I did have to get my water at another vendor. Rawesome only sells juice and milk. No water, sodas, or anything else. read more

There is no seating directly in this shop but there is seating directly outside of the shop. They have FRESH pressed juices. I tried one that was just freshly pressed and it was delicious. There's no question that Rawesome Juicery produces delicious, quality, and healthy juices and smoothies (I've yet to try any of their food items). Unlike some other 'juice' joints, I don't question the quality, freshness, or true healthiness of their ingredients and products. The only reason Rawesome doesn't get a five star rating from me is the wait - it's a little ridiculous. If you're not getting something that's already pre-made (the cold pressed juices), the wait is at least ten minutes. On my first visit to Rawesome, I chose to order all three of their wellness shots ($3 each): -Feeling Fuzzy (Ginger, Cayenne, Honey, Lemon, Tumeric) -Supershot (Wheatgrass, Lemon, Ginger, Rosemary) -Warrior Shot (Chlorophyll, Chia Seed, Maca Powder Lemon) Honestly, they were quite strong, with the ginger being very dominant, but they are shots - so my suggestion is to down it in one gulp; and while I enjoyed it on some level and appreciated the nutrition, it took 15 - almost 20 minutes for them to make all three, and there was only one person ahead of me (and two people behind me ordering salads). On a separate visit, when I was meeting a friend for lunch (I chose the less healthier Panbury's, he chose Rawesome), it took about 25 minutes for his smoothie to be prepared, I thought he had left! Yes, I understand that everything is freshly made, but I can't help but compare to other juice joints such as Kale Me Crazy, which has a very similar menu and ingredient list, yet their products are expedited ten times faster. Don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan, I just hope they improve on this aspect in the future, so I can get my smoothies on the run! Until then, I'm sticking with the cold pressed juices ($5 each). Yum!! I tried Rawesome for the first time last weekend and I will most likely go back this weekend. I had the PBJ smoothie and the Popeye wrap. The smoothie was so good I wanted to dump it on my head. I could drink one every day. It was the perfect blend of almond milk, peanut butter, and strawberries. The wrap was also very good- a flavorful mix of spinach, quinoa, dried cranberries, and some other goodness. I am one of those people that never switch up their orders once they've found something they like lol I always get the Kanbago smoothie and a Rawesome Remix Salad with the tahini dressing. I don't know what they put in their tahini but it is compliments the salad sooooooo well. I've bought the salad for my boyfriend before and he was literally drinking the small container of sauce after each bite. Everything is always fresh and very filling. I've also tried the Superfood smoothie and the Strawberry Basil smoothie. Both are also really good but the Kabango Is still my favorite. The staff is very friendly. Once, they ran out of pineapple for my Superfood smoothie and recommended me the Strawberry Basil smoothie. For the inconvenience, they upgraded my size for no charge which was a very nice surprise! Back again and got the Power Shot - mixed shot of lemon, ginger and wheatgrass. They were out of wheatgrass today and substituted chlorophyll. Nice mix of all 3 and the chlorophyll was easier to get down than wheatgrass. Belching up the taste of mowed lawn 2 hours later is not cute. What made this shot wonderful was the free chaser they give you. A delicious shot of watermelon, mint and lime - YUMMY! I will get mine from here from now on. Thanks RJ! read more
