I have dealt with three different stores and out of the 3 the Hollywood and Pompano Beach were the best. I have never had any problems with the 2. I was originally a customer at Hollywood store and service was great. Between Venny, Robert, Tye, Calvin and the ones that worked in the back I always left satisfied. But because I Moved to Lake Worth I tried the Palm Beach store and never left satisfied. So I continued to drive to Hollywood, but then I was tired of driving all the way down to Hollywood. I googled other stores where I found this one (Pompano Beach) and am glad that I did. I am now a happy customer here and never mind leaving work from Boca and coming here. I heard about this place. And I had a accident whereby my back rims were shot. I needed some rims fast and not expensive. I went into this place and was greeted by 3 men, Keith, Alex and Vincent. Keith started the conversation with me and showed me what would fit the car, he even brought out the rims to stand next to my car so I could see how they looked. I choose a set. then I was speaking to the manager Alex on what a good salesman Kith was and he agreed. He introduced me to Vincent who went over every detail of my account. I've been to a couple of different places pricing out rims and tires for my car. Don't really have a ton of money in order to get my wheels. I went into rent a wheel in Pompano. I spoke with a manager by the name of Bosco, or something like that, he was helpful, and treated me with respect, he truly made me feel welcomed, unlike the other places I've been. I was offered a couple ways that I can pay for my rims, on a rent to own program. I will be back in to get my rims on my next paycheck, $300.00 down and I will be riding, not to mention my weekly payments will be around $100.00 a week for 20" rims and tires. Luis was a big help today when I came to get my tires rotated and balanced. I'm a long time costumer and initially wasn't looking forward to coming in and waiting (because that's how it used to be) but Luis made me an appointment and got me in and out at my convenience. Place was great, service was amazing, came into the store to see what information i can get on understanding there program. The program was exactly what I needed to help me get the wheels and tires for my 2010 Honda accord which I did not have the full amount to put towards the wheels and tires.
