I went back for repair, and was told that they couldn't fix it. I bought a new tire and took it to KING TIRES. I did not wait long at all and I could see this gentleman must have been the shop owner. Talk about having a great friend I'm the family. Once again, I needed some help. This time with a unique vehicle. So, I bought an e-scooter online and found that I had to figure out the maintenance and repairs my self. I had a flat tire almost 2 months after buying it. I was like nooo.. I hope it's not this common. Well, I decided to order some tubeless tires and not deal with flats anymore. We don't have a scooter shop locally, so I called a few places to install this tire. No one would touch it... I brought it over to King Tire, all pouty faced, I said please help me. With a little elbow grease, they were able to do what I nearly broke my hand trying to do. I had a tire supposedly repaired two days before by another shop in Sunrise Blvd. and they did such a cheap terrible job that the tire started leaking air again. Javier the owner is great and provides excellent customer service. My white Buick Roadmaster had a cracked valve stem due to the hubcaps. I went over there for the first time- my tires take the long valvestems but he didn't have any in stock at the time. He put on the short valve stem and sent me on my way and once he had the long valve stems in stock he would call me for me to come back. When the time came around and he called another valve stem on my tire had cracked due to the hubcaps again. I went over there and this time he replaced the one that he replaced before and this other one and he new one and he didn't even charge me. I tried to give them a tip at the end but he refused to take it. I will start going to him for all my tire needs from now on. Fyi they also do oil changes there. read more

I have had a mechanic for over 8 years. However, just to compare prices I stopped at King Tires. I was worried, and, concerned, as being a woman alone, my experiences with this type of stores has not been the best. What an amazing and simply wonderful surprise. The owner charged me 1/2 of what my usual mechanic would charge me for a service. He also quoted me a price for my tires that was cheaper than the lowest quote that I have had. He was able to provide the service on the same day and his wife drove me to work! To say that I am grateful is an understatement. How very wonderful and refreshing to find quality customer service, and, honesty in this industry. While they say they open at 8am, I got there at at exactly 8am. The woman was eating breakfast and definitely didn't greet me as if she worked there! Apparently, the tire guy comes in whenever he wants, sometime between 10am-1pm? I really wish the website or Yelp would have said that. Waste of time and super unprofessional!! My wife went over to King Tire for an Oil Change on our 2007 Volvo XC-90. They did a complete Full Synthetic oil change with filter for half the price of a dealership. They dealt with a stuck oil drain plug and installed a new one at no additional charge. My wife was impressed with how courteous and professional they were. We will be going back to King Tires again. Drove from Boca to check this place out, as it came highly recommended... and I've found it challenging to find any local shops to be honest, diligent, or timely. That is until I stopped by here. I kept losing PSI in a single tire, about 10-15PSI every 10-14 days with typical driving. I inspected it myself at home, and found no punctures or issues with the tire from the outside, aside from a tiny cut into the surface of the tread with no real pressure loss from within. I remained skeptical of it though, and took it in to King the first chance I had. I pulled up, immediately was greeted before entering the garage, asked what the problem was, let them know my situation, and within 4mins the tire was off and they were already checking it over. I went inside, and before I got comfy, they had it back on the car, ready to go. Fortunately in my case, it was a loose cord in the valve stem, so quick and painless, but since I neglected to inspect the cords, they could've easily capitalized on this... which they did the exact opposite. I appreciate quality work, and honesty, so I will be taking my car there from now on for any wheel/tire related work. read more
