Well all I have to say is this place is amazing. They have awesome customer service and every time I go in someone is always there to help me. I would like to tell my experience with finding the right rims and tires... I had first went to RNR on University and 82nd and the 2 men told me since I have a special bolt pattern on my wheels they could not help me. So instead they were giving me lectures on how to buy a car. They wanted me to trade my car in and come back and get rims and tires. I told them no and left. Days later I went to Rent A Tire amd talked with Andrew and he looked all the rims amd tires up right away and I found the ones I wanted. He special ordered them right away and within the time he said they would be in they were. It only took them 30 minutes to get them on my car and me out the door. Every time I go in to pay they know my name and get me taken care of right away. Rent A Tire is the BEST place to go if you need some rims and tires. Awesome job staff!!! read more

This was my first time ever knowing about rent a tire. I live in Dalhart Texas, so i didn't have know clue what i was getting involved to. When I first got transferred to the services they located me to Lubbock Texas, and then they transferred me to wonderful geltemen by the name of Shane Martel. He helped us a lot. He was very nice and polite. He help me find the rims that look wonderful on my car. He cares about his customers, and that says a lot. At first i had no clue what Rent a Tire was I didnt even know it was possible to rent just tires, until a friend of mine mentioned their business and great program to me. Great place to get wheels and tires if your kinda tight on money! Love the 120 days same as cash which is always better to pay off stuff like that, because it saves you money! The staff are extremely helpful, polite and will go that extra mile to insure great customer service! The tire techs are one of the best in town! I have had 26" blades on my roadmaster for far too long and William and shane finally convinced me to downgrade to 22" wheels and tires. Went in with my truck to see if they could balance the tires. They found out that 2 of my tires had bubbles in them. Yikes. the guys there had my tire size in store and got me set up on an easy payment plan to fit my budget and even included an alignment to make sure I was all squared away.
