Before going to their location, I called them to ask questions about a specific brand and the tire size for my truck, since one of my tires was starting to show the metal wires. The person who answered my call was very professional with our conversation and was able to help me with what I was looking for. It was also a great help to give me other tire options. When I arrived at your establishment, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was able to get the help of the same person I spoke to on the phone, whose name is Jaime. Jaime helped me with all the questions and concerns I had with the tires. Its process was very efficient and fast. From the paperwork to the installation of the tires. I could really say that the quality of the tires and the advantages of renting to own the tires without credit verification are worth it for the price they gave me for the four new tires. I'm a very satisfied customer who won't have to worry about having a broken tire at the moment. read more

So i went looking for rims for my car. Stopped at the Montana store they had one set in the size i wanted. The guy that spoke me was not very helpful and seemed very uninterested in helping me. So i decided to stop at the the zaragoza store and from the jump the three guys that work there was all over helping me. They didnt have the size i was looking for but got me a wheel size and style that set the car off. The entire experience was better than i could have hoped for as far as sales, service, and knowing what the customer is looking for. So in conclusion go by zaragoza and see them a let them set you up. Thanks guys and will be back for my wheel and tire needs read more

I was a previous customer about two years ago and the service and staff were decent, nothing to jump for joy about! So after I paid my rims off I didn't go back. I recently got a new car and wanted wheels for it so I went back to see what they could do for me. Half of the staff were new and they have a great new Store Manager! He helped me out and found me something that looked great on my car and that I could actually afford without struggling to pay them. The salesmen even went so far as to pull 3 different rims to put on my car just so I could see which one I would really like the most. I would definitely do busy with them again!!!! read more

Rent a wheel on Zaragoza is always my go to store for rims and tires. I've purchased 2 sets of tires and rims and a lift kit with them. Jonathan went above and beyond each time to get me flexible payments and the look I wanted. His expertise and professionalism makes this store the best in el paso. I highly recommend Rent a wheel to everyone before discount tire, Firestone and Martin. They got more selection and if not in they store they will find it for you. But what makes a difference is associates like Jonathan that exceed in customer service. Thank you Rent a wheel for all you do read more

RENT-A-WHEEL / RENTAL-A-TIRE staff are Top-Notch! Worked with Jaime Garcia who is nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, attention to detail, courteous business-like demeanor gained my confidence in purchasing All-Terrain tires for my new Ford F-150. The tires are phenomenal and totally changed the vibe of my ride. More over, Jaime hooked me up with cleaning products etc. which undoubtedly will add to the already BOSS riding wheels. In closing, you cannot go wrong with this stellar business. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM! read more
