When the tech was changing out the tires on the blowout side, he found damage to a valve related to the leveling system. He requested that we return to the shop to further evaluate the problem. He worked on our RV for hours, but resolved the situation so that we could safely continue on our trip. He was determined to correct the problem properly, and we appreciated his tenacity in following through until it was fixed. The company did not charge us any extra for the long hours they worked on this job, which surprised us. We were very pleased. Only wish this shop was closer to our home so we could use them whenever we needed service.

Jack said come on I had to drive 15 miles to get my RV from storage. Then 50 miles south to his shop. Dropped it where he told me 9 am I said how long. He said 2-3 hours. I was almost an hour from home so I killed 3 hours went back not touched. He said I will get on it shortly. I came back 2.5 hours later. Still not touched. Awful run business. All I got was excuses about mechanics being out. That never came up prior to the 51/2 hour discussion with nothing done. I pulled it out Took it back to storage. Jack will tell you whatever you wAnt to hear then do it or not at his convenience. As I told him when I left this isn't cool and no way to treat customers he made commitments to. I won't be back. Be Leary he seems very nice. FYI. I was very respectful to him Thru the process. I even sired him and I'm sure I am older than him

We were dreading spending the evening and half the following day getting towed to a tire store and replacing the tire, plus the logistics to get to our hotel and to the tire store. Fortunately, when we contacted the insurance to get roadside assistance, they needed to know where to tow it. That started a tire store search. In the search Waters Tire Shop advertised 24 hour service. We called and after asking about the tire size they said they would arrive in an hour and would call on the way. That allowed us to go get dinner while we waited. After an hour we were wrapping up dinner and they called. I left my wife to get the check while I walked back to the car. I don't know how much of this insurance will pay, but even if they don't cover any of it, it was worth it the saved hassle of a tow. The service team arrived with a tire and all the tools to replace it on the spot. 30 minutes later the tire was replaced and I was driving to the restaurant for my wife. All told the flat cost us less than 2 hours of lost time between locating a solution and getting it repaired. And we were able to stay on our travel plan. It was the smoothest flat tire experience ever. Since it was in the evening, the tire stores were closed, so the service team supplied us with a used tire. It has sufficient tread for us to finish our trip to NY and back to Florida. We will see if we need a new tire when we get home. I will definitely remember this and similar services for tire repairs on the road.
