When the tech was changing out the tires on the blowout side, he found damage to a valve related to the leveling system. He requested that we return to the shop to further evaluate the problem. He worked on our RV for hours, but resolved the situation so that we could safely continue on our trip. He was determined to correct the problem properly, and we appreciated his tenacity in following through until it was fixed. The company did not charge us any extra for the long hours they worked on this job, which surprised us. We were very pleased.
