I too notice this each time I went. I personally stopped going there because the service takes way too long and I don't have an hour to wait around for a sandwich. This ice cream shop was hardly customary in a very rugged setting. The structure itself is like an old train car. If you want to sit, they have an area towards the back with old wood tables near a dried up river or stream bed. Now the ice cream the cream de la cream. Delicious with unique flavors you won't find around. True ice cream without emulsifiers, and garbage preservatives. You can taste the cleanliness.

Wrong. Taos Mountain crafts the only legit meal-in-a-wrapper I know of. Loaded with nuts and nutrients, this company honestly satiates. Faves: the piñon coffee varietal wins, hands-down, caramel pecan comes in second, almond agave third, and last on my list is the coconut bar, which probably has more to do with a coconut issue I've experienced my entire life. Not thrilled with the texture of coconut shavings. Hey, that's my deal, and yet I've devoured the bar. Get one of these bad boys, they're in the $3-$4 range.
