Terrible experience with Raw Passion Desserts. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered the cake at the Raw Passion on the 1st Aug and scheduled the delivery on the 14th Aug to my partner. Raw Passion failed on delivery and accused me not providing my partner's contact number so the driver couldn't reach him, which is totally a lie. As I provided it during the booking and sent a screenshot to Samantha at Raw Passion.
Samantha's reply was slow and her attitude was terrible. I asked her if they can redeliver it on the 16th as they are not working on Sunday. Samantha replied that if they can't make 16th they will redeliver it on the 17th (email exchanged on the 14th Aug).
However I haven't received any update from her And had to send another chasing email on the 17th Aug. Samantha got back to me and said they can deliver it on the 19th which is 5 days after my original deliver date and the cake has been sitting in the freezer during this time.
The cake supposed to be a nice birthday surprise for my partner. Raw Passion failed in delivery and messed up with their order system, and blamed customer for their own mistake- not providing contact number which is a lie. Then they tried to ask my partner to take a cake which had been sitting in the freezer for 5 days!
I asked Samantha to either remake it and deliver it on the 19th Aug or process the refund. Samantha got very angry and rude with me and my partner and still tried to send the old cake to us on the 19th, which we made it very clear on the 18th Aug's email and text, that we won't take it.
As a customer, I have my right to receive the promised product (not a 5 days old cake!) and decent service from the vendor. I requested for a refund on the 19th Aug and chased Samantha serval times but no reply.
This leaves me no choice but to comment it on the review and to warn the future customers: DO NOT BUY your cake at the Raw Passion!!! read more
