Such a treat to have Paleo options and a large selection of supplements and kombucha and smoothies. An oasis for the weary traveler. Sales people are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is a lot more expensive than in the USA (where I'm from), but a great little selection of gluten free & dairy free foods.

All very common household taunts. I went looking for some vitamins and I got what I was after. The shop assistant was very helpful and really knew his stuff I explained that I was wanting to increase my level of experientia with my surroundings and increase my memory and he suggested that I take magnesium, gingko to help with circulation in the back of my neck and also Bacopa which can be used for mental stimulation, all are natural products. i could not afford all 3 so I grabbed the gingko and bacopa and it really worked, I've run out now, but I should definitley go back for some more.

The Natural Food Market is what I'd call a typical health food shop - hundreds of super healthy…read moreproducts (many of which even the healthiest health squirt hasn't heard of) squashed together in a small space. I like that though. It's a neat kind of chaos. Some of the more unique items they sell are sprouted bread, coconut yoghurt, kefir sachets, fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, unpasturised 'beauty' milk, and fresh nut paste (you make it there). They also have a huge selection of seeds, nuts, dried berries (goji and blueberries amongst others), teas, natural herbs, flours and tinctures, the lesser-known grains like red quinoa and buckwheat. Celiacs with love this place - they have gluten free pastas, gluten free cake mixes, gluten free cereals - you name it they probably have it. A good selection of organic ice cream and frozen vegan 'meats' are also available as well as a selection of skin care ranges like Weleda and a good range of natural soap. They have a small range of organic fresh fruit and vegetables outside. I'm not particularly fond of my produce lying beside a car park even if it is organic but when organic bananas are going for $1 each I'm inclined to buy. The ladies are really helpful and there is a naturapath and herbalist available for free advice also.

It's a small store, but is absolutely packed with health foods and health supplements - some of which actually look well worth eating despite their purported benefits! It's the source of all my homemade muesli ingredients, though I rarely leave without being temped to add something new to my basket - the last was a tic-tac like pocket-pack of pure organic liquorice. Now that was a taste experience! And of course all the staff look suitably organic.

Dried kiwi fruit anyone?…read more If you don't mind spending your precious dollars then this is the place to be to find some high quality dry store produce. They grind their own peanuts and almonds to make delicious spreads and have a range of bulk nuts, dried fruits and grains that you can fill many more brown paper bags than you expected. Bring your own jars to fill with oils, honey and much more. The space was very clean and classy with a nice range of produce to chose from. The staff are very helpful and friendly - they even offered to fill a jar with coconut oil for me because the jars that were filled were too big. I will definitely be back to this store when I run out of lentils and mango chips!

I bought a bootleg of dish wash and a bottle of laundry liquid. The dish wash has a nice coconut…read moresmell, does not have lots of bubbles when washing but does clean well. The laundry liquid, however, leaves a slip feeling after wash. Not sure if it clean well.
