Their cheesecake was indeed very good. The shop inside is fairly bare bones. They give samples. I bought some expensive tea and chocolate langue de chat cookies which were delicious. I would definitely buy a cheesecake, avoid the soft serve, and only buy the cookies if I won some money ($20+ for 9 individually wrapped thin cookies). About $43 for a whole cheesecake which isn't awful.
I was disappointed by the store design because it was inconvenient/awkward to stand inside waiting around and ordering on the spot can feel very rushed. The LeTAO "sundae" I ordered was also surprisingly lacking in flavor, but perhaps that's just what a basic milk flavor soft serve should taste like. It just felt surprisingly thin/watery.
I only got the "sundae" because they didn't serve the slices by themselves and I really wanted a double chocolate slice. The serving slice was so small. read more
