I feel good about the service I received from everyone at Accucare. They immediately took a look at…read moremy car and found the problem and showed it to me in the garage. I am no expert, but I make many repairs myself and knew they were accurate. They also showed me the work they did after. Having an older car with over 300k miles I usually expect the mechanics to find other simple repairs to sell me on. They didn't. Price wise - they charged the same as the dealer BUT the dealer quote did not include additional labor for damage that made this repair a much bigger headache than it normally would and likely was more in labor than even Accucare expected so I'm not mad about it. Parts-wise: I do think I could have saved some money here with after market parts - but they would have taken longer to ship from what I was able to find online OR a lot of effort and time that I just didn't have to find parts locally and wouldn't expect Accucare to undertake the hunt beyond their initial inquiries to their own suppliers. I would also have had to pay more in rental car fees and probably lost out on the 90 day repair warranty so I am okay with that. Overall, I feel like I was dealt with fairly and the people were kind and didn't treat me like I was clueless or a hassle when I asked questions. I would feel comfortable taking my car to them again and recommending them to neighbors.
